A experiência

The volunteer will be in charge of running the pool bar, preparing drinks and cocktails for our guests, handling payments, and helping with inventory management. Besides these tasks, we want you to enjoy yourself and help create a fun and relaxed atmosphere at the pool. Work hard, but have a good time!

For us, this exchange is about creating meaningful experiences—for you and for us—while contributing to the smooth operation and service at our hostels.

To make this collaboration successful, it’s important that the following exectations are met:

- Follow the instructions of the reception team.
- Show respect and camaraderie towards colleagues and guests.
- Be committed to your tasks.
- Comply with all house rules.
- Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness at all times.
- Be punctual with your schedule.
- Creativity is highly encouraged! Bring your ideas to help make our hostels even better.
- Schedule: 25 hours per week of volunteering

Regras

Be punctual and responsible for your assigned shifts.

Keep the shared volunteer dorm clean and organized. No guests or outsiders are allowed in the volunteer rooms.

Use the laundry facilities according to the guidelines.

Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere at the hostel with staff, volunteers, and guests.
