My experience at the hostel was amazing. They gave me a day to get to know the surroundings and quickly put me in the work schedule. The chores and work hours were fair and worth the same as it was agreed beforehand. I gained knowledge and experience about maintaining a hostel, cleaning, helping with administration, and assisting at the parties. Also, the staff members were helpful and patient to explain the chores. I got to know people and places that I will carry for the rest of my life. Vinicius, Túlio, and Thiago are excellent hosts and will try to help you with whatever you need.

Good place to work as volunteer, the teamwork is really amazing, they are always at the best disposal to help, also the hostel and its environment is really good, I had an excellent experience. Tasks are easy and the work hours was fair. The atmosphere of the place is the best! I'll always be thankful for being so well received for everyone. They are kind, polite and they will be always there to help you with all your needs. I'm glad I had this beautiful opportunity and hope to see you again!

As my first experience as a packer the hostel was excellent. I've learned a lot how to give the best experience to our guests. The work was balanced, 6 h a day, keeping the commom area always clean an organized, clean the bathrooms, do the check-ins and check-outs and the best part, make the guests feel at home and party a lot!!! All parties at the hostel for free and good discounts like in surfing lessons. Location is really good, 20 min to the downtown, great bakery nearby, an only 15 min to the bus stop. Really easy to go to the best beaches of Ubatuba. Great atmosphere and cozy place.

This was my first experience as a worldpacker and I couldn't have picked a better place to do it. Everyone at the hostel made me feel at home from the start and I can definitely say that I've gained some friends for life here. The hostel is very nice and has an excellent location, right across the street from a beautiful beach. I've learned a lot here, starting with my Portuguese, and had so much fun I ended up staying longer because I really didn't want to leave! Thank you Vini and staff for this wonderful experience!

I couldn't have chosen a better place to have my first experience, from the first moment I felt at home.This trip represented a before and after in my life: every person I met transmitted and taught me something beautiful, every place I visited allowed me to reconnect with myself, every message I received when the guests left filled my heart.I learned so many things and formed strong bonds that I will never forget. I admire Vini for his empathy and his great business skills. I have no doubt that I will return, and even tho i lost my phone, all the memories lives in my head. Blessed n thankful.

I wish words were enough to describe my incredible experience in the hostel. I met incredible people from all over the world, became great friends with the staff and the owners, partied till the sun came out and relaxed at the most beautiful beaches. The work is easy and if you ever need help, there will always be someone willing to give you a hand. If you're thinking of staying here, do it! Go with an open mind and heart and you will have the time of your life!!!!

I've never felt more welcome in any other place I've been so far, as it was in the hostel from the moment I arrived. The staff is genuinly friendly and fun, and I felt like part of the family from day 0. The hostel has a special vibe and it's located literally in front of the beach. It's my favorite place on this trip and I'm already planning to return 😊 Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Hostel was great and lots of fun but me not being able to speak portuguese was actually a bigger problem then i thought it would be. The entire staff could speak portuguese and a lot of the travellers staying at the hostel were brazilian and couldnt speak english. I felt pretty useless because i couldnt check people in or answer the phone. I tried my best but in the end I chose to leave a couple weeks early and continue my travels. Vinni and Tulio were great though and id deinfinately return as a traveller to the hostel.

During the new year week we receive many Brazilians but 80% of our guests during the year are foreigners. I my opinion you didn't really want to stay because of the work, but it's ok you are a nice girl and I wish all the best for you.

Excellent experience for my first time as a packer. Vino and Tulio super nice. Met so cool people, Consuelo, Bamboo, Steph and Tristan. Teresa is amaizing too, she even taught me some Portuguese! To new packers, get ready to help with anything at any time, and get ready to enjoy as well. Many excellent things, BBQ (my favorite ones) beaches, and everything.
