Laidback hostel in Langkawi, Malaysia looking for volunteers!

I've been 1 week volunteering in the hostel Lions. The tasks are really simple and Mantra explained to me well in my first day. During low season the work decreases so you will have more time for yourself. She has WhatsApp group for the hostel and everyone is welcome to attend different activities around. Thanks Mantra🙂

I had a good time at the hostel wolves! Mantra is a great host, extremely sociable, easy to get along with and always organising activities to bring people together and make you feel welcomed. I stayed here during low season (July), so there wasn't much to do around the hostel and I actually stayed at the hostel wolves before it opened, so no guests there. It is a perfect place if you wish to relax and chill (but also the clubs at night were great!).

Best stay so far ! The hostel itself is AMAZING and a great place for people to meet and socialise. If you're shy you've got mantra there to make you feel more comfortable. She is always laughing and is an amazing person, herself and Janne have created a perfect place for backpackers. Helping here is great as well, your living a short walk away from the beach. So how can you complain about that. Mantra …I'm sorry but I'll be back 💙✨

Wow! This was my first volunteer job ever, and it was great. I had such a wonderful time. The owners are great and so helpful. They have all the good tips, like going to grab a nice cold beer with a beautiful sunset, and they are very social! So, what are you waiting for?! If I could stay longer, I would. But! Mantra es una excelente anfitriona, respeta los horarios y siempre esta atenta de que estemos cómodas, tiene actividades para que haya un ambiente integrado entre los voluntarios como noches de cine, karaoke entre otras cosas. El trabajo es bastante claro y sencillo, además me dio la libertad de poder pintar en una de sus paredes a pasar de ser la primera vez, definitivamente fue muy bueno estar aquí, super recomendada!

Me encantó estar en este voluntariado, conocer a Mantra ❤️ y a otros voluntarios, amé los días domingos que mantra cocina platillos típicos de malasia para todos tanto huéspedes como voluntarios, me gustó que me dejaran pintar en su hostal y el trabajo cumple con las horas y las tareas establecidas. Siempre nos ayudaron mucho tanto para saber a dónde ir a comer como qué puntos conocer de la isla, Sin duda alguna regresaría a este voluntariado. 100% recomendado

Estuve muy agusto en el Hostel, las tareas eran flexibles y a la vez estaba muy bien organizado. Ha sido un placer conocer a Mantra y los viajeros, y compartir momentos como la barbacoa y el karaoke. Muchas gracias por todo!
