The organization was definitely a challenging experienced. I learn a lot about myself and enjoyed my crew sooo much. Jean, the owner, is a very special person, i learn from him and so, i thing he learns from the volunteers. Only apply if you really want to learn and expose yourself to different circumstances that you may not be facing in other projects,(such as hostel volunteering) also if you really fulfill the requirements for the position, if not you may be having some extra difficulties and it wont be fair for anyone. The organization is the perfect place for you to live both sides of the experience: the community living and volunteering work. Which means: sharing, learning, hard working and GROWING - With lots of art and culture. Jean is a wonderful person and works hard for a better world. It is definetely a project with a purpose and that's what makes you work hard everyday - to know you are doing something beautiful and bigger than yourself. Before going to the organization I had this single thought in mind ''I want to go to a place with love''; and that was exactly what I've found there. Thank you so much!!

The organization was a great experience which helped me to discover new points of view and to practice holocracy. You'll really learn and enjoy collaborating in the project, because you'll be involved in achieving a common goal and that is amazing. I could apply my design skills, but I also learned about management and organization. The team is friendly and we had fun too! Live and learn with this opportunity! :)

This was my first volunteer experience and i loved every moment of it! Got to know the crazy lifestyle of Barcelona while creating a the organization center. I planned to stay for 4 weeks but ended up staying 8. We all work and live together as a family and made some good friends that will last! This is an experience you will never forget! :)

I totally recommend this project of the organization. Is the best place to get involve of people of all around the world and also learning about this the organization project has been a big challenge to prove myself the skills of leader, partner and worker. You get a beautiful group of people all together for the same purpose of making the organization happen in Nou Barris. Please if you get the chance don't hesite of becoming a part of this!

I have been with Enriquez Arte now for six weeks! Communication is the most important factor in this organisation! Each day is different from the previous day! We are using a new management function called Holacracy which makes our voluntary role super organised and super efficient and I am considering using this as part of my Thesis for my Masters. We all have clearly defined roles. We do some manual work, some exciting administrative work and we organise events. I am very happy to apart of the organisation. We are not only a team but more like a family who are going to achieve great things.

Great team with beautiful people. Made very deep friendships that will last forever You get to work and da lot of different things so you are constantly learning General organization, specially time management, is still a big issue since the project is just starting, but on the good side you get to actually participate in the birth of an awesome the organization center in Barcelona! La mejor experiencia de mi vida viajando hasta ahora. He comprendido muchas cosas aquí sobre mi, sobre España, sobre la comunidad, sobre la meditación, sobre el compromiso y sobre la vida. He hecho amigos y he desarrollado tareas que no sabía que podía hacer y liderar. Recomiendo ampliamente este voluntariado. Desde mi perspectiva es arduo, pero vale completamente la pena estar aquí.
