I had an amazing time at this hostel, all the staff and volunteers are super welcoming and friendly. The location is also in an amazing place and the activities the hostel provides are super fun! Free family dinner everyday is also a life saver!

I had a cool time at Black Swan, the location is very nice. However the beds are quite small (you can't sit up straight without hitting your head); the kitchen area is not spacious at all (if there's more than 2 people at once it gets really annoying); you share bathrooms with the guests and especially the women one downstairs is nearly always occupied. Dinner shift: do the shopping and cook for 35 people with a budget of €30; you are entitled for a free dinner but to be honest you don't get full from it most of the time. The people (receptionists etc) are super kind :)

The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The genereal structure of the hostel was very good, but the volunteers' room is quite small for six people. Regarding the workload, it matches what was described, but it is important to note that the hostel has many rooms (about 90 beds), so it might be more demanding than expected (not always). Additionally, if we finished early, we were asked to do extra tasks beyond what was listed on the shift checklist.

Everyone in the staff was very nice and welcoming since we arrived. The location of the hostel is very good and central. The work load is what is described, but you have to have in mind that the hostel has a lot of rooms and beds, so it may be heavier than you expect, and sometimes, if we finished early, they asked to do more than what was described in the shift checklist. The volunteers room is too small for 6 volunteers, so it was always messy, what wasn't very pleasing.

Me gustó mucho la experiencia en el hostal. Los turnos son flexibles y hay mucha autonomía para realizar las tareas. Conocí a gente increíble, tuve tiempo para explorar Granada y practicar idiomas. El hostal está muy bien ubicado, es perfecto para conectar con viajeros y conocer la ciudad de forma local. También hay actividades divertidas que fomentan el intercambio cultural. ¡Recomiendo mucho este lugar y sin duda repetiría la experiencia!

Fue la primera vez que utilizaba esta plataforma y fue maravilloso. Me encantó estar aquí, la gerente, los recepcionistas, el equipo de voluntarios y todo el personal hacen de este lugar lo que es. Todos nos llevamos super bien, se volvieron mis hermanos y hermanas. Eso también hizo que conociera mucha gente de todo el mundo con mi misma visión y aumentó mis ganas de seguir viajando y conociendo. Además las instalaciones son muy buenas y la carga de trabajo es justa y flexible también. Yo la pasé increiblemente bien y lo recomendaría mil por ciento. Estoy muy agradecida con este hostel.

Mi paso por black swan Granada, fue increíble , lo súper recomendable, fue mi mejor experiencia en voluntariados. El staff es muy bueno, amables y conocí mucha gente Vivir en este hostel es como vivir en casa .

Yo viví por un mes en Black Swan Granada y este tiempo fue el mejor parte de todo mi viaje de siete meses por España. Todos los voluntarios se tornarán mis amigos y hermanos, la equipo de recepción y Anaís fueran amables y muy receptivos, tivemos momentos lindos juntos. Me encantó estar en Granada mucho más porque los tenía para nos direcionar en las tareas, ayudar cuando necesitamos y disfrutar la noche de Granada. Gracias por todo, familia BSG! Espero volver. 💐🧡

Mi experiencia en Granada fue lindísima, conocí a personas que se conviritieron mi familia en España, muchas gracias a todos los voluntarios con los que compartí y claro a los chicos de recepción que siempre tenían planes para salir a divertirnos un rato. La verdad que las tareas eran bastante faciles y tenia tiempo para conocer la ciudad, recomiendo mucho ver los atardeceres en los miradores que es de lo mas bonito. Gracias Granada:)
