I stayed in black swan for almost 1 month and I can not recommend it enough! The team of Management and reception is amazing, friendly and cooperative. The work hours are more than fair and easy to understand. The hostel is social, cozy, and feels like a second home. My spanish improved a lot and the connections I made there are forever. Letting go of this wonderful place and team isn't easy! I would love to come back here any time 🥰 Thank you for this wonderful experience😇

Black Swan Granada was a great place to volunteer! I had so much fun and made many new friends. The work is pretty easy and very fair, the agreed upon hours are always followed and most of the tasks are keeping the hostel clean for the guests. The manager and receptionists are all really friendly and happy to help you when needed. The volunteer room is a bit small, but that's to be expected. This hostel is like a little family, everyone takes care of each other and gets very close. I'll be going back to visit soon!

I recently stayed at the Black Swan the hostel had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hostel was vibrant and lively, providing the perfect environment to meet people from all over the world. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a fun and social place to stay. The only downside was the intense heat of Granada in the summer, which can be quite uncomfortable.

Black Swan is a relaxed and friendly social hostel where you can meet travelers from all over the world. They offer a free dinner every night, which is a great way to connect with others. Granada is a lovely city and the perfect place to immerse yourself in Spanish culture. From the moment I arrived, the team and other volunteers welcomed me with open arms. The work is just as agreed upon, leaving you with plenty of time to explore. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it:)

Staying at the Black Swan was amazing in terms of their flexibility and reliability. The team was very welcoming and made it feel like a home away from home. The job was very straightforward and would recommend this for anyone wanting to experience life in Andalusia, the hostel is the perfect city for that. Thanks again for the amazing time!

I had a cool time at Black Swan, the location is very nice. However the beds are quite small (you can't sit up straight without hitting your head); the kitchen area is not spacious at all (if there's more than 2 people at once it gets really annoying); you share bathrooms with the guests and especially the women one downstairs is nearly always occupied. Dinner shift: do the shopping and cook for 35 people with a budget of €30; you are entitled for a free dinner but to be honest you don't get full from it most of the time. The people (receptionists etc) are super kind :)
