Had a great time on this experience. I was working at Rim bar 3 days a week which was enjoyable and not too difficult. They give you a meal on your shift as well which is nice. You get to meet locals and can have your shift altered based around your schedule when you request it. Overall would definitely recommend the experience.

I spent a month here and had such a great time. The work week was only 3 days and 8 hours a day so plenty of time to do your own thing. The other volunteers were great and the local staff were welcoming too

I had a wonderful time waitressing at The Attic Bar and Rimbar. Even if you have no prior experience, it's easy to learn—the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help and teach. They do offer dinner, whenever you work - usually 3 times a week. The accommodation is located in Chinatown, a lively area full of restaurants, shops, and activities. Kuala Lumpur is a city full of things to see and do. The cultural and culinary diversity is incredible. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful place to either chill and relax or have fun and party. Working only three days a week give you the opportunity to visit a lot around and they are really flexible with the schedule . They have two different bars and both are really good and the staff is super nice.

I had the BEST time at the Travel Hub the guest house! I worked in the attic bar and the team there were amazing- I will miss them all lots. I worked 3 eight hour shifts each week which left me with lots of free time to explore the guest house. There were many other volunteers there at the same time as me who made my experience so special and made me feel at home at the Travel Hub! The only improvement that could be made was the facilities at the hostel as there is no proper kitchen to cook in. Overall, I had an amazing experience volunteering in the Attic Bar - thank you so much!

I was volunteering at Rimbar which was truly amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the tasks aren't difficult. Thank you Richie, Elton, Crystal, Francis and Erfan (sorry if the spelling is incorrect somewhere) for making me have such a great time at work! I took orders from the customers in the bar, served the drinks and took the payments. The job isn't difficult as long as you're a social person. Something that could improve is the kitchen area in the hostel.

My experience working here was great! I worked 3 days a week, from Friday to Sunday (I also worked on New Year's Eve), 8 hours a day. The team is super friendly and helps you whenever you need it, the work is not hard. I was lucky to have other volunteers working at the same time as me, which was great because during our free days, we were able to travel and visit other places and enjoy the week. We were also invited once by Boss to go to a waterfall and eat typical local food. Thank you very much to everyone!

My time at the guest house was awesome, from the start I was welcomed by the stuff at the bar, the vibe is pretty chill. I would like to mention that the boss invited the other volunteer and I to go on a hike in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, and she was also very warm and friendly at all times. Plenty of time to explore the city and beyond. Thank you very much!

This was a great volunteer experience. It's ideal for those who want to travel during the week, as most of the work is on the weekends. The schedule is flexible—I mainly worked at the bar. Occasionally, they might ask for help during the week if it's busy, but you'll get a day off the following week, which is great for planning a longer trip. The boss also took us on a waterfall hike, which was a really cool experience.
