Sera muy importante el manejo de atencion al cliente, saber administrar , y saber gerenciar la operacion de nuestro alojamiento, la idea es crear un ambiente unico de aprendizaje en gastronomía, manejo de habilidades, atencion y servicio y aportar ideas para el crecimiento personal y profesional.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 45 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Necesitamos un gerente o persona que pueda atender nuestro pequeño hostal de solo 4 habitaciones. Aportar ideas y dar un aporte de atencion al cliente para que exista un ambiente que combine nuestro lugar que es muy bonito.

Activities & Shift

Dentro de las actividades estara primordialmente revisar el booking de reservas y aportar a la búsqueda de mas clientes en nuestro hostal a traves de plataformas en internet que nos puedan servir, controlar que todo funcione; agua, servicios de internet, limpieza de areas comunes e internas, supervisión de gente de limpieza, hacer inventarios, y dar al publico una sensación de estar en casa y que vuelvan.

Rules

Las reglas son muy fáciles, ser transparentes y honestos. No traer personas extrañas al hostal o hacer las peticiones con tiempo.
