My frist volunteering experience! I felt very welcome! Job is not difficult, just a bit monotone but If you have good company of other volunteers you can always make it more fun with some conversation and music! You get to know and meet many new people, there is always something going on in the hostel! Very pleasent environment! Don't hesitate to aply 🥰🥰

The welcoming was at its lowest point. On this profile's page they offer the pick up but no one came to pick me up when I arrived at night. The work at the hostel was easy and relaxing even though it was not always easy to understand and organize tasks effectively due to lack of communication between both the hosts and to the volunteers. Some hosts were more open to communication and with them it was easier to decide the shift hours. I would recommend it to meet international travelers:) (When I left none of the hots were there, nor replied to my messages when I left).

I had a great experience at the hostel thanks to the amazing people i have met during my stay.both the people who were working at the hostel and the other volunteers were really nice and friendly and i had a lot of fun with them.the hostel is really nice too,except for the volunteers room that could be better. The job was about ironing and making beds and time passes if you are with the other volunteers. If you want to surf the easiest way is to rent a board in one of the surf school at the beach.

The work task where chill and easy. The place felt like home, and was really safe. The social environment depends on how many voluntaries that are starting at the moment you are there. All the stuff wore super nice! The location of the hostel is a bit outside of the city. However, it is about 3 minutes away from the metro stop. We had a really nice time here!

The volunteers have to iron the bedsheets and do the beds of the hostel rooms. It's not a difficult task at all! Usually you will not be on your own during the ironing so you can have conversations during this time and you are also allowed to listen to music or something like that. The other stuff is really really friendly and so is the owner of the hostel as well. You get in touch with a lot of travelers. The park is a 15 min walks, the ocean is a bit father away, but still ok to walk. Also the metro is really near by. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and would do it again. ☺️

I could not complete my stay due to a family problem but I stayed 10 days. Easy and quiet work. We were in the laundry area in the garage. We had to iron sheets, towels and pillowcases from 9:00 to 1:30 and sometimes the last half hour we had to make beds. The hostel was quiet. There was not much atmosphere due to the covid, so sometimes you got bored, it was very quiet but with a comfortable and tidy atmosphere.

My experience in the hostel was OK. Most of the time they would respect our work hours and the hostel itself is comfortable and cool. However, it was not a fun place to be, the manager could be rude sometimes. I believe he doesn't know how to treat volunteers. In the worldpackers platform breakfast was included but it wasn't when we got there and they never said a word about it. - I found it very unprofessional. On the other hand, the owner was polite but he was often out. After all, I have to assume that I met amazing people there, but I definitely wouldn't work there any longer.

This modern, loving hostel is definitely somewhere you should volunteer at. The staff will become your family and the work is very reasonable. Future improvements to the hostel (social etc) are already in the pipeline and will only increase the hostels already high standard. In short, highly recommend it.
