This was my first experience with worldpackers and I had an amazing time. I liked it so much that I decided to spend one more month than expected 😁 The job is really easy and the shifts are really good planned cause I had a lot of free time to discover Portugal 😍 I met incredible people and friends for life! The team is super nice, especially Natacha who is lovely and was always there for me! I'll carry the memories of these 3 months forever in my heart. I was really happy and I will come back soon 🌅❤️

Araceli arrived to Impact Beach House a bit shy, but throughout her volunteering she showed just how brave and courageous she truly is. She is a sweet person with a big heart, and at the same time responsible, mature, and flexible. A wonderful colleague to have around, Araceli handled stressful situations with calm and reliability, proving that we could always count on her. I loved my time at the hostel! The place is gorgeous, just a short walk from the sea and super easy to reach Lisbon. The work is easy to learn, and even if any doubts come up, the team is always ready to help, also the shifts are planned in advance, making it simple to organize your free time and enjoy the experience to the fullest. The hostel has such a fun vibe, perfect for meeting amazing people from all over the world and creating unforgettable memories. Huge thanks to Natacha for being such an amazing manager. I'm so happy with this experience and totally recommend it!

Irene volunteered with us at the reception and proved to be a very sweet and friendly person. She is honest, straightforward, and easy to communicate with, which made collaboration pleasant. Although she sometimes needed extra guidance with her tasks, she brought kindness and positivity to the house and was a nice presence to have around. Thank you Irene!

My first volunteering experience through Worldpackers and couldn't be more grateful for my time there!!! From day one, Natacha, the manager, made me feel so welcomed and loved. She's the sweetest person ever, always going above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best one. The shifts were super manageable, leaving plenty of time to get to know Portugal, and the flexibility was a huge plus. The location couldn't be better: so close to the beach, as well as the train station.

I had a great time at the hostel! The location is amazing, just 3 minutes walking to the beach, close to the metro and just 40 minutes away from Lisbon. We had all the meals included even thought they don't have a lot of vegetarian options. The schedule is shared with us in advance so we can plan our month and we just have to do 11 shifts per month. The manager, Natacha, is incredible and super helpful. I really recommend the experience.

IBH is an amazing place to volunteer. I feel grateful for spending almost 2 months surrounded by great, supportive and lovely people (house staff and fellow/former volunteers). The house itself is beautiful and has its own vibe. Depending on the day, it can feel super alive due to the arrival of new guests for the hostel Projects (which are interesting), and sometimes it's quiet. It's also well located: 7 min walk to the beach 🌊 or the train station. As for the tasks/shifts, they are easy to do and well organized in advance, and if you have any doubts, you can always count on the team 🌼

Oh Laura... what a gift she was to Impact Beach House. Incredibly intelligent, proactive, and mature, she quickly became not only the best colleague but also a true inspiration. I had such a great experience here at the hostel. I loved meeting other world packers and exploring the area together. The one note I have is that whenever I ran into a problem and no one else was at the house, there was very little to no communication and no one seemed to know how to solve these problems.

Gorgoeus place! Such a great location for the city and beaches, great people, made great friends with all the volunteers, and the guests were so nice too. They have a great mindset for this hostel, but it definitely needs better organization.

I had a great time here! The place is very nice and is in a great location. The team was super nice, I made a lot of friends and had some amazing experiences. The job is generally easy to follow and the working hours are respected, at times things were a bit disorganized tho hahah. I would defenetly recommend this place for a volunteering experience :)

The hostel was an amazing first WorldPackers experience! Everyone is super friendly. The other volunteers quickly become like family. The house is beautiful & in an amazing location to explore the local beaches. Also so much to do in Lisbon & surrounding areas. The work was manageable and the hours were as agreed upon. Highly recommend if you're wanting a chill environment by the coast!

Being part of the hostel was a really rewarding first experience. I take with me the human quality and the compromise with the environment. I won friends and new skills. Lovely place to stay, good food most of the meals and flexibility between the team members when is needed. I highly recommend this place to someone that wants to work in a chill place with friendly atmosphere and be able to know the bests spots from Portugal, specially the beautiful coast of Estoril and surrounding areas!
