The experience
We’re hiring a Community & Operations Host for our co-living space in the heart of Lisbon! This position is perfect for someone friendly, outgoing, and organized who’s excited to help create an amazing community experience.
The role includes:
Being the main contact for colivers;
Handling check-ins, check-outs, and apartment rounds;
Organizing community activities;
Managing inventory, housekeeping schedule; and taking care of the space.
What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements
Fluent English and Beginner Portuguese
Over 24 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details
We have 1 open position in our co-living in the center of Lisbon for a community host! We are looking for a communicative, outgoing and easygoing person who is willing to create and participate in events, tours and dynamics aimed at our community ~ in addition to helping us with check-ins and check-outs, making rounds in the apartments, and managing communication with our colivers.
- 30h/week;
- 2 days off per week;
- Shared studio with the other volunteer with private kitchen and bathroom;
- Minimum of 2 months;
- Working days to be agreed.
Activities & Shift
As a Community & Operations Host, you will:
Be the main point of contact for our guests and colivers, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their stay;
Handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with making rounds in the apartments to keep everything running smoothly;
Engage with the community, organizing and participating in events, tours, and activities that foster connections among colivers;
Manage operational tasks, including inventory control, scheduling housekeeping shifts, and maintaining the overall functionality of the space;
Support the team, collaborating on day-to-day tasks to ensure the space is always cozy, clean, and welcoming.
Rules
- Organization of the room as it will be shared with another person;
- Follow the rules of good living of our space;
- It is not allowed to bring people from outside to sleep in the room;
- Be flexible and have common sense :)
