Programmdetails

We have 1 open position in our co-living in the center of Lisbon for a community host! We are looking for a communicative, outgoing and easygoing person who is willing to create and participate in events, tours and dynamics aimed at our community ~ in addition to helping us with check-ins and check-outs, making rounds in the apartments, cleaning of the spaces, and managing communication with our colivers.

- 25h/week;
- 2 days off per week;
- Accommodation in Shared Room with the other volunteer;
- Minimum of 2 months;
- Working days to be agreed.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

As a Community & Operations Host, you will:

Be the main point of contact for our guests and colivers, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their stay;
Handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with making rounds in the apartments to keep everything running smoothly;
Engage with the community, organizing and participating in events, tours, and activities that foster connections among colivers;
Manage operational tasks, including inventory control, and maintaining the overall functionality of the space;
Help the cleaning team keep things clean and organized;
Support the team, collaborating on day-to-day tasks to ensure the space is always cozy, clean, and welcoming.
