Activities & Shift
Guides are expected hike roughly half of each week (3 days of trekking per week). Scheduling is flexible and collaborative. Preparation days before overnight hikes are also crucial days of work. This is a full-time commitment, and things can get quite busy. Time off is encouraged whenever possible, but it is hard to guarantee specific days off. Expect approximately 3 days of hiking and 2 days of office work each week.
