First of all, the people here are amazing! this place is like a big family when you're gonna have so much fun. The work is pretty easy and beautiful. Most of the time you just have to walk with dogs, washing their bowls and petting them, which is the best part of this volunteer. If you like dogs you should definitely come here! i'm gonna miss you all, thanks for this amazing experience!!

These people put really hard work to create a great environment for the dogs and it is a great opportunity to be a part of it. I respect a lot for them for what they do. Also tasks are very easy and you don't feel like working at all with the dogs. It was a very chilling experience over all

I would absolutely recommend this volunteering to anyone who is thinking about it. If you love dogs, this is the place for you. Your task is to walk the dogs and you get a lot of cuddles in return. The people were always very nice and you can see that they are taking good care of the dogs. They all have my respect for what they do.

I had such a wonderful time at the dog the shelter – a truly beautiful experience. The place is well equipped and I felt very comfortable. The main task is spending time with the dogs, walking or playing with them, which was incredibly rewarding. You work very independently and mainly connect with the other volunteers. If you're considering it – do it! The dogs really deserve it.

It was my 1st time volunteering & i absolutely loved the experience. Everybody was super welcoming and it was a great working atmosphere. The tasks were also super simple: we walked the dogs, gave them water, painted some walls, organised the warehouse. If you are considering working in a the shelter and making an impact, i can totally recommend this place. I learnt so much from the dogs & they have endless love, hugs and kisses to give. Looking forward to revisiting soon!

I really like this the shelter. The dogs are really well cared by the staff. They give you all the facilities you need. People are also nice, specially Bruno, he was always there making us feeling good. They have amazing dogs, but they have a lot, so any help is welcome! Thanks for the great experience! This experience was life changing. To be able to spend so much time with the dogs was the best! The team is welcoming and considerate. The accomodation is comfortable and vegan food is provided for cooking. The volunteer days started at 7am and went to 12pm with one day off. Tasks were clear and included walking, brushing, and playing with the dogs mainly. Everything was very well organized and thought out. Most importantly the dogs are well taken care off. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I hope to be back!!

I've spent two weeks at the the shelter and really enjoyed my time. The working hours were usually from 7-12 and the tasks fairly simple. We did a lot of walking the dogs which I really enjoyed. Even though there are over 450 dogs and it's sometimes hard because not everyone can get the attention they deserve, that's why I didn't mind spent extra time on walks and socializing even after the working hours. The team has a lot of things to take care of which is why there is not much time to spent with them, nevertheless if there was a question or something I got helped always. Loved my time there!

My time at the the shelter was great the team does so much for so many dogs. The accommodations are very comfortable and I met some amazing volunteers. the the shelter needs as much help as it can get so if you want to make a big difference I really recommend volunteering here!

I had a really great time at the the shelter! The team was very kind and helped me when I had any questions. My shift was mainly walking the dogs and cleaning a little bit and sometimes other tasks depending on what was needed. I never had to work longer than the hours that were agreed. Of course working with dogs can be dirty at times, so I would recommend keeping that in mind, but it's also so rewarding, I had so much fun spending so much time with the dogs there, I miss them already! I absolutely recommend this experience and want to come back again!
