Animal shelter Friends
Volunteers can have a lot of new expiriense, hanging with dogs, learn new things, be part of our team that are saving a lot of poor animals from our area and be part of our mission to be The voice for the voiceless.
We have minimum 10 workers and workers will help with everything. We are organise all work, we buy food, pick up new volunteers from bus or train. We dont have much time for company because we are very busy to have all in order but I think that everybody will feel good with us.

I had such a wonderful time at the dog shelter – a truly beautiful experience. The place is well equipped and I felt very comfortable. The main task is spending time with the dogs, walking or playing with them, which was incredibly rewarding. You work very independently and mainly connect with the other volunteers.
If you’re considering it – do it! The dogs really deserve it.

It was my 1st time volunteering & i absolutely loved the experience. Everybody was super welcoming and it was a great working atmosphere. The tasks were also super simple: we walked the dogs, gave them water, painted some walls, organised the warehouse. If you are considering working in a shelter and making an impact, i can totally recommend this place. I learnt so much from the dogs & they have endless love, hugs and kisses to give. Looking forward to revisiting soon!

I really like this shelter. The dogs are really well cared by the staff. They give you all the facilities you need. People are also nice, specially Bruno, he was always there making us feeling good.
They have amazing dogs, but they have a lot, so any help is welcome!

This experience was life changing. To be able to spend so much time with the dogs was the best! The team is welcoming and considerate. The accomodation is comfortable and vegan food is provided for cooking. The volunteer days started at 7am and went to 12pm with one day off. Tasks were clear and included walking, brushing, and playing with the dogs mainly. Everything was very well organized and thought out. Most importantly the dogs are well taken care off. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I hope to be back!!

I’ve spent two weeks at the shelter and really enjoyed my time. The working hours were usually from 7-12 and the tasks fairly simple. We did a lot of walking the dogs which I really enjoyed. Even though there are over 450 dogs and it’s sometimes hard because not everyone can get the attention they deserve, that’s why I didn’t mind spent extra time on walks and socializing even after the working hours. The team has a lot of things to take care of which is why there is not much time to spent with them, nevertheless if there was a question or something I got helped always. Loved my time there!
