The experience

Somos un proyecto de un matrimonio chileno/alemán. En nuestro afterschool se enseña inglés a niños y niñas entre 3 y 14 años. Los grupos asisten una a dos veces por semana con el objetivo de practicar inglés.
Estamos buscando apoyo en la sala para hablar con los niños en inglés entregando instrucciones, estimulando su aprendizaje.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 18 and 37 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Somos un afterschool que tiene funcionamiento de 15h a 19h de la tarde de lunes a sábado. Los niños diariamente reciben una colación preparado por nosotros.
