We didn't feel comfortable at the farm and left after one day which is why I might not be able to have gained a very deep insight. Our accommodation was not clean and the living standard was very simple (when you are staying in the guest house). Even though the people managing the farm were friendly(we didn't meet the host), the general atmosphere was off. We felt like the house rules interfered with our privacy also outside of the working hours. The work at the farm was exhausting but interesting. It might work for you if you stay in the other house and maybe we arrived at an unlucky time.

Amélie, we are truly sorry we were not able to meet you expectations of worldpacker experience.
If you would just mention to us you wanted to live in the other house , it would not be a problem at all. I was under impression that your room is clean as one of the helpers cleaned your room day ahead of your arrival, but I didn't check it and I am sorry for that and again it could be easily fixed...
I believe that rules like "please respect the privacy of community or don't make fire in houses that are 200 years old are reasonable and needed, again we were encouraging you to talk about any problems as we could easily clear up anny misunderstanding.
I don't know how many times we mentioned please talk to us if there is something challenging......
As you chose not to communicate, you didn't give us a chance. I was looking forward to meet you nex day but you were gone already...

Our experience at the farm was pretty much perfect. We did leave earlier for some inconvinience, but I we had informed earlier they would have help us without any problem. The farm, the workers and the volunteers we met there were absolutely amazing we did arrive during a busy week so at first it was kind of overwhelming but everything falls into place. You will learn a lot about sostenibility, organic food and how to live in a comunity. The experience overall it's amazing and we recommend it to everyone who is open to learn about another way of living.

Lovely and gorgeous place! our living space was the guesthouse and I shared a large room with my friend. more than enough food and you could choose to eat at the farm with the whole group or on your own in your accommodation. the group was very welcoming and I felt really nice here. the work was not hard and at a lovely cafe with mostly cutting vegetables and preparing rooms. the cafe and the farm are easily accessible by the bike that you wil receive upon arriving. I will miss it ! Thank you for this experience <3
