The experience

The work consists of maintaining the project, cleaning, painting, garden maintenance, washing dishes and other things. We do not need workers, we need colleagues in the project who help us solve problems by doing the necessary work within our organization. We do not want people who bring us problems or who have to be given orders to work. We need proactive people.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Program Details

I don't offer food for volunteers, because my food is very simple, we eat more tortillas than food, but if you want to eat with us, welcome to the table, and if you don't want that, you can use the gas or wood stove to make your food.
