The hostel was the first host I volunteered here through Worldpackers. The best choice! I was very well received by the staff of volunteers and leaders Flavio, Lin and Matteo. Everyone has been very patient and helps in any way they can. Hours are well respected, tasks are taught and easy. The residence is large and comfortable. Extremely well located in Victoria - Pimlico, an elegant and charming neighborhood in the City of Westminster, London. All bus, train and subway options (Victoria Station) are less than 7 minutes walk away. I definitely recommend the hostel.

My stay at the hostel was fantastic! The location of the hostel is amazing, combined with the relatively short working hours i spent a lot of quality time experiencing the city of London! Everybody was super nice which made making friends easy. The hostel felt like a big family and i would definitely recommend a visit! One of my favourite traveling experiences this far. Love and kisses to Flavio, the best Boss ever :)

I had the pleasure to volunteer in the hostel for a month, and I can say that it's an awesome hostel. Since the first day I felt like home, the food is delicious and the common areas are incredible. The rooms are big and are well lit. The work is easy, the staff respect your schedule, and they are flexible about your needs. I will never forget my experience in the hostel. The location is great, close to the metro and bus stops. The work is not heavy, the food offered is delicious and the hours are very well respected! There are many foreigners in the place, which greatly enriches the cultural exchange. Flavio and Mateo are amazing and I loved my experience during a month!

My time at the hostel was very good, the hours were as agreed before, I worked helping in the kitchen with a really lovely lady from the UK, Katy. Flavio is very funny and always available to help us. And he made connections with travelers and volunteers, amazing people. The hostel has been recently renovated so the facilities are also good. I recommend the experience!

I loved the experience at the hostel, the rooms are very nice, we have great food, I felt at home! The work is fair and easy, the team is great, I am very grateful for every moment I spent! Flavio, Mateo and Lina are amazing! Thank you for everything!

The location is incredible and the rooms are comfortable and with a reduced number of people, which is good for sleeping and co-living. The food was good and the people in the place is nice, mostly the other volunteers. The place is a long-period residence more than a hostel strictly speaking. My experience here was very good and I recommend it. London is a very special city with lots of places to go.

Everything was amazing from manager, stuff, volunteers, working hours, food every day. I was working as a server on diner, the job was easy and my hours were respected. Kathy was the chef who worked with me and her food was the best compared to any other hostel I've been to. Manager Flavio will help you with anything you need, he's a cool guy because he talks with volunteers as a friend and not like a boss. Also he always helps you if you need to change your days off or something like that. The location is next to the Victoria station which is a really nice area. I reccomend this place

The other volunteers were wonderful. I am grateful for this opportunity. Nonetheless I need to mention this: Apparently there was changes in the management recently and this lead to an environment in which I did not feel respected and trusted anymore. Every day there was another scheme going on to kick someone out or talking bad about them behind their back and we were constantly checked on while working. It was always blamed on the previous manager. I felt like it was a really disorganized and controlling way to manage things. Tasks were unclear and I was never trained properly.
