It was my first time volunteering and how lucky I was to be welcomed by this team who made me feel welcome and respected. Thank you Matteo and Flavio for your attention and care. It really was my home away from home ♥. The agreed hours and tasks were respected and fulfilled exactly as agreed. I had a comfortable place to live and sleep. Exceeded my expectations ;) I made friends from all over the world that I will take with me forever. Thanks again to the entire team. Hugs, and I hope to meet you again one day. Kind regard.

This was my first volunteer and it was perfect. I was usually working in the kitchen with an amazing team and chefs. The staff and other volunteers are wonderful and friendly. The working hours were good and I had a lot of time to explore the city. The hostel is very well located and you can walk to a lot of tourism attractions. Everything was good. I am very grateful for this experience!

My stay at the hostel was wonderful. From the first day, I was warmly welcomed by Flávio and the other staff members. The facilities are excellent. The rooms are clean and provide enough space for luggage and clothes. The breakfast and dinner are served with great care by the staff. The working hours are respected, and the tasks are easy to accomplish. I had no issues with that. Lastly, the location is excellent. Most activities can be done on foot. I highly recommend the experience here. I hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you very much for the experience!

The location of the hostel could not be better, you're within only a few minutes walk of Victoria train and coach station. The management are warm, welcoming and easy to get along with. The rooms are recently renovated. The management put on events such as movie nights to get guests and volunteers to socialise. Meal times are also a great time to get to know other guests and volunteers. the hostel is the first hostel I have volunteered at and I recommend if to others as it is a great place to make new friends & explore the city while being in the heart of London 🥰🥰

It was great volunteering here at the hostel. After spending several weeks here, I learned a lot! From housekeeping to general help to working as a kitchen porter/assistant, the experience was educative as it was my first time working in a kitchen environment like this! I worked with 3 three chefs, but mainly there were Kathy and Verona who were patient to show me what to do. They both made wonderful meals! And not forgetting Flavio, the manager who works hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He is a kind man as well as a good chef! In all, I highly recommend this hostel! Thanks!

It was an incredible experience. I chose the right place for my first volunteer job. Volunteers are treated very well here. The hosts are attentive, patient and always in a good mood. Nice place, great location, polite people. I thank Marina, Flávio and the others who received me so well.

Everything was amazing at the hostel! I'm super grateful to have my second Worldpackers experience here. Flavio, the manager, is very cool, helpful, and easy to talk to. Kathy, the chef, who I also worked with, was kind and helpful, too, as was all the staff. The job is easy to learn, work hours are consistent and respected, and they're happy to clarify if needed. My shift was about four hours a day, and I had plenty of free time as well. The location is really great - close to Victoria Station. I shared a room with one other volunteer. I definitely recommend this volunteer exp!
