This place is truly amazing and feels like a home. The people that works at the hostel is like a family, when you arrive they welcome you with open arms. I loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone

I had a lovely time volunteering here! It was very organized and there was a lot of flexibility around scheduling. The staff and volunteers are truly wonderful people! As a reception volunteer, I was working with some Vietnamese staff, which gave me more insight into Vietnamese culture :) & I can't leave out the most valuable staff members, Candy and Alfie (little dogs that rule the lobby). I also loved having the opportunity to spend more time in the hostel. It's also close enough to other towns in northern Vietnam that you can do quick 2-3 day trips really easily. Highly recommend :)

I've just finished volunteering in Lakeview, in a sister hostel, and I'm so sad to leave! It was a great experience for a first volunteer, perfect if you like to party and meet people. Make sure you don't miss breakfast ! The work is clear and the timetable is respected and flexible if you want to have a weekend somewhere. Generally, everything is done to make you feel at home. Thanks to everyone and I'll come back when I'm back in the hostel !

My experience was so great , the manger will was so polite and answer all my questions, breakfast is nice ,and the vietnamese staff also are wonderful , I loved it and I had plenty of time to explore the hostel the work is fun checking guests and checkout , selling tours simple tasks .

I had the best time volunteering at the lakeview hostel (sister hostel of the hostel). The hostel is really new and clean and feels like a second home. The working hours are good so you have enough time to experience the hostel, taste the food, do day trips or join parties every day of the week. The staff and the managers are all very welcome, the volunteer team is very big, so you're never really alone and after some time you feel like a little family. I would recommend this volunteer position to everyone.

My experience here was simply amazing! The staff are like family and I felt welcomed since day 1. The work hours were respected, but make sure to take it seriously! That's a real business that needs people really interested in helping! The benefits are amazing and the free time is always fun! Special thanks to Will, Kim and Gabriel for the opportunity! I'm sad to leave and gonna miss everyone!

I definitely had the best time at the hostel in the hostel!! Since the very beginning I felt so welcomed, all the staff and volunteers are amazing and I couldn't be happier about this experience! It is the perfect balance between working while having fun and free time for yourself enjoying everything the hostel and Vietnam have to offer to you! They really take care of you and try to make your experience as amazing and easy as possible, they train you if you don't have much experience in the position, they give you discounts on tours and visits and you get to know a lot of amazing people!

Volunteering at the hostel was so fun and the work was pretty chill. All the other volunteers were lovely and was a great atmosphere. The staff accommodation was a homestay a few meters down from the hostel, it was okay but a few things didn't really work when I was there . Overall a great experience and wound 100% reccomend

My time at the hostel was absolutely fantastic. All the staff is really cool, we were like a little family. The work hours are fair and i still had tons of free time to explore the hostel. My favorite place was the hostel. I spent so many unforgettable nights up there. 10/10 would recommend
