I stayed at the farmfor 2 weeks. I had to make breakfast, feeding dogs/chicken, go to the bakery, make dinner everyday of my stay, so there are no days off. Gardening was from monday to friday.

I stayed at the farmfor two weeks and I was fortunate to be given a private room. Daily tasks included walking/grooming the dogs, preparing breakfast and dinner, watering the orchard, feeding chickens, collecting meat / bread from the village, folding laundry and accompanying Michal to collect goods from town. On the weekends Michal took me to a beach & waterfall on the otherside of the island where we could walk the dogs together and have a restaurant meal (which he kindly paid for). Some confusion around the 'days off' but still enjoyed my stay here and would come again!

My stay at the farmwas a good experience. Michael was extremely accomodating to my needs. I work online in the evenings, so all my hours with him were planned in advance so I could continue with my work, and I appreciate that so much! I would say the purpose of this volunteer opportunity is keeping Michael company. He now has some health issues with his legs, therefore being around is definitely welcome. the tasks were very easy to complete, and even better if there are 2 or more volunteers at the same time. ευχαριστώ Μιχάλης!

I had to leave this experience early unfortunately because of some family issues that arose. However I did really enjoy my time inthe farm with Michael. I think Michael is a wonderful man, super kind and considerate, and he took us on many trips around the island which was very appreciated. I'm not sure if this volunteering experience was exactly right for my personality as the area was very secluded and quiet (especially in the winter time not much is open and the weather isn't best) but overall I had a good time. Please feel free to message me for for info! :)

The work was exactly as others have described here on the platform. I bought bread in the morning, walked the dogs twice a day, helped with the garden and olive picking, and made dinner (he always tells us what he wants to eat, and if we don't know the recipe, he helps us out, which is great). I had a room with a bathroom all to myself, which was great! Michael also took me to different spots on the island so we could hike with the dogs. Overall, a good experience!

My time inthe farm was such a great experience! After a long three months of backpacking, it was so great to slow down, unpack my belongings, and immerse myself in the local culture. Michael is very big on supporting local business, so you naturally get to immerse yourself in the local culture very quickly after visiting the baker, butcher, and mini mart owner almost daily. Michael was more than fair with our allowance of free time, and even took time out of his weekends to show us around the island. I would recommend and I would also come back!

My stay at the farmwas my first experience with Worldpackers and the first time I travelled alone in general. the farmhas really beautiful nature and the farmhas a nice big garden. The work schedule are as described and very easy. I felt welcomed but sadly there weren't really volunteers my age during my stay so I felt a little lonely at the end. But in general I can really recommend this experience and I will definitely come back :)

I can't recommend it enough! Everything about it is perfect! I miss it already and I really want to go back. Michael, the host, is a person with a huge heart! He loves to serve, take care of the dogs and always cares about helping others. The work is not hard and Michael is very flexible. In the morning, we need to feed the chickens, walk the dogs, buy bread and organize breakfast and we help him in the garden. And at the end of the day, we walk the dogs and make dinner. the farmis 5 minutes away from the sea, and the island is very vibrant and peaceful!

My time here was really beautiful! Michael is such a kind soul and has a lot of ideas for the garden and house. I renovated the outdoorkitchen, did a lot of gardening, walked the dogs which I love to pieces and cared for the goose and chicken. In the morning the task is always getting bread for breakfast and in the evening the volunteers cook dinner. It's a really good social life, we eat together and speak about the task for the day, the working hours are more than reasonable. Michael loves showing the island on the weekend which was beautiful! Extendedy stay and could stay longer, thank you❤

AMAZING!! I was terrified of going after my first worldpackers experience in Spain was a disaster, but I'm really glad I ended up going. The place is just like in the pictures and everything is just as described. Michael is super flexible and doesn't mind if you need to work on your own stuff as well. On our days off he took us to explore the island and immerse ourselves in the local culture. I was also able to meet several other volunteers and we had a great time working together. The beach is 5mins from the property and it's gorgeous. I actually ended up extending my stay here. Def recommend
