I had at great stay a the hostel, although the staff room definitely needs some renovation. Cabarete is the perfect town for travelers and it is very easy to get around. The work is very manageable and you have a lot of flexibility and free time to explore the beautiful area! Nelson is always there if you need anything and I meet some great people there! Definitely want to come back to cabarete some day:)

I truly loved my experience at the hostel. the hostel is in a very safe and quiet area and all of the guests and staff are wonderful. it is very easy to make new friends in cabarete and the perfect place for new travelers. the work is very manageable and allows a lot of time to explore the area! 10/10 would do again :)

Staying at the hostel was a great experience that I recommend 100%. Nelson and the others volunteers are welcoming and nice, the place is well located close to the main street, and the work is relaxed and pretty easy. Cabarete is a great place to enjoy the beach and to meet locals, and you feel like home after just a few days. It is safe and there is a lot to do if you decide to explore the surroundings. Overall a very nice experience, thank you <3

I stayed for 2 weeks. The Hostel doesn't get many ghests so there usually isn't mich to do. The other volunteers and the permenant residents definetly still make it worth the stay.

My staying at the hostel was great. The location is perfect to connect with nature since it is surrounded by the hostel and it is 10-15 min walk from Cabarete beach. They also had bikes at our disposal. The only complication is that it was so hot and humid when I was there. I loved the opportunity to get close to the other volunteers worldwide. Not less important we had the chance to meet the staff, locals, and neighbors.

It was a nice experience there's not a lot of backpacker in general in DR but you still get the chance to meet a lot of people! The work is easy once you understand how to do it and the hours are respected and flexible between the volunteers. The hostel is around 15min walk to the main road in a safe neighborhood. Otherwise it's easy to get around and visit other city too!

Cabarete is a small city but really welcoming with beautiful beaches! I had a great time at the hostel, I met new people and enjoyed my days there. The staff is really friendly, always available to help. I highly recommend being a volunteer here, thank you for everything!

I spent an amazing time there as a volunteer! the hostel (the hostel) is a good place to rest and have fun! Located in a safe neighborhood. The staff is so friendly!! And also Cabarete is a magic place the beaches and the warm people! Highly recommend a volunteer there! I hope back soon🩷 Thank you, the hostel!

The host people are very friendly, there are people talking spanish and english (and more). You learn about hostel work in general, you meet people from different countries, it's fun to work there with other volunteers! :) The location is quite and SAFE in the nature with swimming pool which is very big and comfy!!! The beach is near and shops are in the town too.

Mi voluntariado en el hostal , Cabarete fue muy enriquecedor a nivel personal y laboral. Desde Nelson junto con el equipo de trabajadores locales hasta los voluntarios todos fueron personas encantadoras con energía positiva y muy amigables. Nelson es un chico muy atento, educado y culto , él dirige y coordina los voluntarios, todo el mundo lo adora , también nos lleva a lugares locales y hacer actividades . Las actividades son muy variadas , desde limpieza, mantenimiento, jardinería hasta recepcionista. En definitiva reconocimiento totalmente este voluntariado. Saludos 🤗
