I enjoyed my time at the hostel! Nelson was really friendly and helpful! The hostel is super quiet and not tons going on but you're a 15 min walk from all the action! I wish the volunteer room was a bit more clean and organized but they were working on fixing it so I am sure it will be better soon! Cabarete is a great small town with lots going on so def recommend spending some time here if you can!

Really enjoyed my stay at the hostel! Nelson is awesome and the hostel group is super fun to hangout. I had a lot of downtime to just hangout, but also very easy to find fun things to do around Cabarete.

Really good place to connect with nature, have time for yourself, meet different people and get to know cabarete really well. Everyone's friendly and the work is really easy to do.

The work was really really really easy. I would recommend if you want to have time to explore cabarete and the cities around but not if you want to practice Spanish or learn new things thanks to the tasks. Nelson is super chill and the hostel definitely feels like home now. I got to meet some people that will stay in my life forever.

I had at great stay a the hostel, although the staff room definitely needs some renovation. Cabarete is the perfect town for travelers and it is very easy to get around. The work is very manageable and you have a lot of flexibility and free time to explore the beautiful area! Nelson is always there if you need anything and I meet some great people there! Definitely want to come back to cabarete some day:)

I truly loved my experience at the hostel. the hostel is in a very safe and quiet area and all of the guests and staff are wonderful. it is very easy to make new friends in cabarete and the perfect place for new travelers. the work is very manageable and allows a lot of time to explore the area! 10/10 would do again :)

Staying at the hostel was a great experience that I recommend 100%. Nelson and the others volunteers are welcoming and nice, the place is well located close to the main street, and the work is relaxed and pretty easy. Cabarete is a great place to enjoy the beach and to meet locals, and you feel like home after just a few days. It is safe and there is a lot to do if you decide to explore the surroundings. Overall a very nice experience, thank you <3

I stayed for 2 weeks. The Hostel doesn't get many ghests so there usually isn't mich to do. The other volunteers and the permenant residents definetly still make it worth the stay.

My staying at the hostel was great. The location is perfect to connect with nature since it is surrounded by the hostel and it is 10-15 min walk from Cabarete beach. They also had bikes at our disposal. The only complication is that it was so hot and humid when I was there. I loved the opportunity to get close to the other volunteers worldwide. Not less important we had the chance to meet the staff, locals, and neighbors.

It was a nice experience there's not a lot of backpacker in general in DR but you still get the chance to meet a lot of people! The work is easy once you understand how to do it and the hours are respected and flexible between the volunteers. The hostel is around 15min walk to the main road in a safe neighborhood. Otherwise it's easy to get around and visit other city too!
