It was my first experience with Worldpackers, and it exceeded my expectations. the hostel has been my home for a month, and it's been one of the most beautiful periods of my life. I was fortunate to work with wonderful colleagues and meet travelers from all over the world. The work shifts are easily manageable if you know how to work as a team and you have time to explore the island and do many activities! I absolutely recommend this experience; it will always be in my heart.

I have to be honest I only stayed a week but I feel like it was a month. People are super beautiful, you're gonna feel like home from the first day, I love how they treat people. At the end of the experience you will feel like you are leaving home. Thank you so much for everything.

I loved every second of my stay, I created such beautiful friendships with the volunteers, the hostel has this « home » feeling to it. I loved waking up everyday next to the ocean with my new friends. Absolutely recommend❤️

My experience at the hostel went above my expectations and I ended up extending for another month :) The work is not too hard and the schedule always allows you to have a lot of free time to explore the island or just relax at the beach. I loved organising activities for the guests, like the movie nights, family dinners and pancake Sundays. If you are considering applying to the hostel, I can highly recommended doing it! You'll find great vibes, an amazing team and a supportive and caring manager <3 After only a couple weeks since I arrived, I could already say that I found a second home here!

The hostel is my second home! The time I spended here was the best time in Las Palmas. I met and lived with amazing people,shared so many good moments. The tasks are very simple as well as the shifts! Its like you are taking care of your own home. The best part is the rooftop terrace where you can relax!Also there are always so many activites they organize where you can meet many people. I want to thank all the team for being the best and fun team ever! 🤗 I will always come back here...Un besazo a todos ❤️

I highly recommend the volunteer experience in the hostel. I feel very grateful for spending my time in Gran Canaria in a hostel with such a good vibe. Everyone is caring, profesional, respectful, frendly. There is a very good atmosphere in the hostel and its very easy to feel at home and make friends. Thanks the hostel!

I absolutely loved volunteering at the hostel! It's a very cozy hostel with a relaxed vibe in a gorgeous location directly at the beach. Working hours are very fair and you have a lot free time to spent at the beach, surfing, exploring the island and socialising. Amelie is an amazing manager, she is a good leader and communicator - you can talk with her about everything and she has always a smile on her face <3. The volunteers working with me were really nice and made work here so easy. My month working here went way too fast and I decided to stay 2 more months. Thanks for having me!! :)

Awesome experience! I learned to surf, explored the island, and met amazing people from around the world. All the volunteers, including the manager, were beautiful characters, and I really enjoyed being around them. Affordable prices everywhere. Gotta mention the 1L draft beer for 3€ around the corner, haha. I recommend using bike sharing in Las Palmas. The only downside is that I have to come back every winter now and start buying Yerba mate on a regular basis...
