I spent one month volunteering at the hostel in Gran Canaria this June, and it was truly amazing! The hostel is just 1 minute from the beach – I went every single day. The island is stunning, with great hikes, beaches, and super friendly people. The hostel is small, relaxed, and super welcoming. The work is easy and fair – you never work more than your shift, and there's lots of free time to enjoy the island. The team was incredibly kind, especially Eugenie, the manager, who was always there for us and made everyone feel at home. I can 100% recommend Gran Canaria and the hostel!

I had such a great experience volunteering here the hours where as agreed and the work times where flexible. As well as this the work was easy and allowed me to meet many people. The hostel is very social and feels very homely with everyone especially the host being very welcoming.

Absolutely in love with the people at the hostel! Everything about this experience was perfect. The manager is a sweetheart. The team is like a family. The location is unbeatable. The owners are present and engaged. The hours and work is pretty light (low season). The activities are so fun, volunteers always organize their own roadtrips and socialize. I had to work remotely and they were all so supportive of it. I would recommend this place 1000 times. Thank you so much Eugenie and the hostel family for the experience of a lifetime. I can't wait to go back!

I had the most amazing time volunteering at the hostel! The working hours are as agreed and the tasks are simple, leaving you with plenty of time to explore the island, surf, swim and hangout. Eugenie the manager is an absolute gem!! She is always wanting to ensure you have the best experience possible ☺️ I could write pages on how much I love and am going to miss the other volunteers, they truely have made may experience on the island! I would recommend volunteering at the hostel 1000x over - it truely has been the best!

I have no words to define how this experience was. No words but Legen... wait for it... DARYYY. As a volunteer i've never lived such an extraordinary experience. I litteraly met a second family there, so thank you to the all team Tessa, Leandro, Lorenzo, Vale, Grace and as well the best manager i've ever had, i name Eugénie ! I never had the time to get bored, either i was going out with the staff and guests either visiting some beautiful places on the island. I really recommand that place if you want to escape from the routine !

Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere at the hostel was always upbeat and fun, which made every day enjoyable. There was always something going on, if that was with guests or the other volunteers. The work wasn't very difficult, and the shifts give you lots of time to explore and enjoy the area. I would definitely recommend volunteering at the hostel! 🥰

The hostel is the place that makes you feel at home from day one. Both the staff and other volunteers have been like family to me. The hostel has a perfect location, the shifts give you so much chance to still have fun and travel around the island and it was great to meet lots of people from different backgrounds. Unforgettable experience, I would do it again a thousand times! ❤️☀️

My Time at the hostel was great! I felt like family since the day I arrived. I got to meet so many different people and could experience so many different things like surfing, hiking, playing volleyball and many more. I stayed for one month in which I also had the chance to spend about one week in the mountains at the partner hostel Finca la Isa, where I could enjoy beautiful sunsets, a great view and some great hikes. I really enjoyed my time there and can recommend it to everyone. Definitely a time in will never forget.
