I feel lucky that they accepted me at the hostel, the work is very easy and it will give you time to get to know the city because it is in a very nice and central area, the coworkers are friendly, I made friends that I want to keep for a long time, Philip is a great guess, he will help you with everything you need.

It was my first time volunteering and it was fantastic. The work time is respected, they explain your tasks very well. I had time enough to visit many places in London. I could practice my English a lot. People who work there are very nice, friendly and I can say I could make friends. I miss you guys. Thanks for everything ❤️

It was a very good experience, everyone at the hostel is very kind and friendly, always helping us. The location is very good, 5 minutes from Earl's the hostel tube station. I believe it's a great place for those who want to know London.

Brilliant experience for whoever are looking for a well-located place to explore London. A fair exchange between housekeeping, and sometimes reception's assistance, for a quite good continental breakfast, hot drinks throughout the day and a complete accommodation. The extremely friendly staff enhance it either, giving the whole support necessary to make it easygoing. Possibility to improve both English and Spanish, likewise to get in touch with another cultures, though it is not a backpacker's hostel. Highly recommended place, principally if it is your first volunteer.

One of the best experience I ever had in my life! the working hours were fair, the hostel is tidy and clean, all the staffs are amazing, I made good friends there! They have a such good breakfast! I definitely recommend this place :)

It was a pleasure to be part of the hostel. They were very kind to us from the start. They had a meeting with us to explain everything, and everything went exactly as they agreed. The agreed hours are fulfilled, but sometimes there was no more work and we were released earlier. The staff is really nice and the room we stayed in was very well equipped. The breakfast was amazing!! I will definitely come back...

I loved my experience in the hostel, i am sure i want to come back one day. Was the first big hostel that i went to. My other experiences was in smaller hostels, so many things change, they have more employees and the staff is bigger, this is Very good for the work that we have to do. ALL the people are Very kind and friendly, the energy is very good. They respect a Lot the shifts, so you have much free time and you can organize your self to Go around in London. The work is not light, there are many things to do, so it's important to be a proactive person, always available in the shift time.

Foi tudooooo de bom! 🇧🇷 O quarto uma delícia: ventilador, aquecedor, armário, banheiro e cozinha só pros voluntários (mas eu preferia ficar na compartilhada pra interagir com hóspedes). O trabalho muito tranquilo, terminou o que tem que fazer, tchau brigado 💃🏻 Localização boa, café da manhã bom (se tivesse uns ovos mexidos seria 11/10). Metrô do lado, estação de bike na esquina. Os gerentes são incríveis, parceiros e o que você precisar pode contar com eles! Senti falta só de uns guests mais jovens pra poder interagir mais, eram mais crianças e pessoas mais velhas… I 🧡 o hostel

A experiência foi incrível, a localização é maravilhosa. Chang é uma manager super simpática e receptiva, fui super bem recebido, as atividades são super simples e fáceis. Eu gostaria de ter ficado mais, mas infelizmente eu tinha que voltar para casa e só fiquei por duas semanas. Mas 2024 está iniciando, e pretendo voltar! Muito obrigado! Nos veremos em breve!!!!!
