Help with cleaning in Aljezur, Portugal =)

This was my first volunteering experience and I am glad I did it at the hostel. All the people were very sweet and friendly, happy characters. The work was only three hours a day (still like my personal gym) and perfectly integrated into the day. The team dorm has two beds and a big private bathroom. Aljezur is the perfect place for you if you love nature and hiking and need a break from city life.

Wonderful! It was my first experience as a volunteer and couldn't be better. Tereza, the cleaning responsible know how to teach cleaning and tidy tasks, she did it to me. Karol is a very good teammate. Cris and Bruno really care about us with everything, breakfast supplies, experience, wellness and have fun. We also had the amazing opportunity to know Ana and Luana, who were volunteering with us. Really recommend!

Our first couple of volunteers, on their first experience. We loved it. They brought gas, energy and always a lot of optimism. And perhaps what we like most in a volunteer: proactivity and the maturity to understand the hostel's routine and, without intruding, to help independently.
It's taken me a while to give you any feedback because it's been a busy day here, but this is one that couldn't be left unanswered. Super reliable for more important tasks. We recommend them with 5 stars.

It couldn't be any better! The team was like my family away from home. The tasks were easy - but you must do them well - the times always respected, great teamwork! Aljezur is a really nice place to stay too! Like a nice vibe, can't explain! Teresa, Cris, Bruno and Karolina are lovely people! And Ana, the other volunteer who was there just complete the team! Thank you guys for the amazing 15 days! I would have stayed more, for sure! If you are thinking of going to the hostel, just do it! ——- Não podia ser melhor! Obrigada time the hostel! I loved the hostel, I had a lot of fun with the rest of the team, I've met real friends and I'll never forget them. The hostel is really nice, clean and organised and the work is pretty easy. Aljezur it's a bit quiet but is a nice place to immerse yourself in the nature.

The team at Hostel we are very helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed. I enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel. Thank you for everything! The beauty of the town and meetings locals was fun. It was my very first time volunteering and thankful for the opportunity.

Nosso tempo como voluntários no hostel foi muito bom! As tarefas foram ensinadas com clareza e distribuídas conforme nossa experiência, aproveitando o melhor de cada um, pudemos também contar com a confiança e espaço para aprendizagem e desenvolvimento de novas habilidades. O ambiente é tranquilo, assim como os hóspedes e o staff, a cidade é pequena e encantadora cercada de natureza por todos os lados. Resumindo, é uma experiência que vale muito a pena! 💜

La experiencia fué muy buena en general! El trabajo sencillo, justo, la estancia cómoda. Aljezur es muy chico, pero cerca tienes lugares increíbles. Teresa, mis mejores recuerdos, cocinaba siempre delicias portuguesas para todos y quizás esos eran los mejores momentos! Al hostel lo visitan mayormente gente muy adulta, por estancias muy cortas. Y el echo de que acepten parejas como voluntarios a veces dificulta la interacción del equipo. Pero fue un buen momento para buscar paz, estar con uno mismo, leer, ver paisajes, conocer lugares, comer rico. Gracias por la oportunidad Ricardo!!!'

Adoramos passar 1 mês no hostel, o voluntariado é muito bom e tranquilo, respeitam os horários e as folgas, o pequeno almoço é completo, podemos usar a lavanderia e a cozinha é muito boa. Amamos conhecer e trabalhar ao lado da Cris, Teresa, Will e as duas voluntáriadas Gigi e Jesse, fizeram nossos dias serem melhores e alegres, adoramos todas as conversas e aprendizados, Aljezur é uma vila especial e adorável.

Eu não poderia ter escolhido lugar melhor para começar voluntariar. o hostel tem uma equipe muito acolhedora, Cris, Teresa e Willian são super acolhedores e fazem tudo o que podem para nos sentirmos em casa. Cris obrigada pelos passeios e por compartilhar teu conhecimento comigo e Tereza muito obrigada pelo carinho e conselhos e claro pela comida maravilhosa.
