This was my second time volunteering at this hostel. It really feels like a home away from home! Excellent location, work is not difficult, and Gordana and Biji are lovely hosts. I absolutely recommend this to anyone.

I had a lovely experience at Backpackers home! I was lucky enough to have my volunteering job split between the hostel and Budva so I got to experience both places! Gordana and Bilji are hilarious and looked after me so well! the hostel was super chill and Budva was super social so it was a great balance. The work was easy and as soon as we were finished we were free to explore. Both hostels are prime location, clean, homely, fun and welcoming. Would recommend ❤️

This is literally one of the best volunteering experiences I had! It felt like home away from home 🥹 Gordana and her sister Biljana are the best hosts ever, very friendly, always here for a little chat and full of good vibes ✨ The work is easy, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and floors for 1-2 hours a day in Budva and doing laundry a few hours a day in the hostel. You can also help organise Bar Crawls or Sunset Boat Parties if you would like! I definitely recommend this volunteering experience 10/10 ❤️

This really was a special stay and will last long in my memories! I extended by several more weeks because it was just too difficult to leave. You're just minutes from the beach! It's a maximum of 2.5 hours work a day and then the day is yours! Showers are amazing and the room is comfortable too! Gordana is a fantastic host. She's funny, kind, thoughtful, professional and extremely intelligent. She supported me in setting up a bar crawl for the town which allowed me to make some extra money to fund my stay! It's a real family feel and I'm going to miss it hugely! I'll be sure to return!

My first worldpackers volunteering experience and I couldn't have gone somewhere better - Gordana and Bilji were absolutely incredible! I loved my time at both Budva and the hostel. Work was very clearly laid out, hours were very fair, the workload super manageable and plenty of free time. Super social hostels, great beds, kitchens and bathrooms. Excellent locations. I had SO much fun and I already can't wait to come back to both sister hostels! Thanks so much for making my time in the hostel so memorable and a chapter I will treasure forever. Dobra dobra!

I had the best time volunteering at backpackers home for three weeks. Gordana and Biji are wonderful and treat you like family, and the work is quite easy usually completed in just a few hours. There is so much free time to explore and hang out with the guests and other volunteers! I spent time in both budva and the hostel which was so fun seeing both cities. Overall such a beautiful time spent here I would recommend to anyone!!

I had an amazing time in the hostel! Gordana, Bidji and Nika are lovely people ♥️ I felt so welcomed since I arrived. Staff room is so comfortable and you have everything you need for a good staying. I really enjoyed my time in the hostel as well as my stay in Budva. Very easy work. Everything is usually cleaned within two hours, and then you have the whole day to enjoy the place. I met many great people from everywhere around the world! Only good vibes in the hostel! The hostel organice pub crawl, boat sunset party and others activities. So much fun! I totally recommend it to volunteering!!

Volunteering in Budva was awesome! The work was chill and I had plenty of free time to enjoy the city. I met a bunch of great people, and Gordana, the host, is unforgettable! Strong presence, super funny and kind. I also got to spend some time at their hostel in the hostel. The vibe there is a bit different from Budva but just as incredible. Her sister BJ runs the place and she's also great, made me feel welcome right away. So many laughs and memories that'll stay with me… Highly recommend this experience!!! 🤍

I've had such an amazing time volunteering in Budva and the hostel! Gordana and Biji are great hosts and made me feel welcome right away. The work is very simple and usually doesn't take very long to complete, leaving a lot of time to explore. The beaches in Budva are beautiful, as well as the mountains in the hostel. Hanging out with the guests and the other volunteers was the highlight of my time here. I highly recommend this experience, and hope to come back and volunteer here again in the future!
