I would like to thank Mariela for allow me to repeat volunteering here 😘it was fun learning about the whole operation of hospitality in UK, in massive charity hostel like the hostel. Thank you also to the staffs, Csaba & Desmond for always being responsive to volunteers. I love the hostel, I left beautiful memories here; my room mate Elizabeth convert to Islam after 6 weeks of knowing me! & I falled in love with someone here♥️♥️ my feedback is only about practicing English, if let say more volunteer from native English speaker like USA, Australia, Canada & New Zealand, it would be more fun! 😍😍

This was my first volunteering experience and it was incredible.I had the opportunity of going to all the tourist places in London and also travel across different cities in the UK. The hostel it's not an tourist hostel, it's more like a residence, that wasn't a problem for me but it's something that you need to keep on mind. The tasks were easy but kinda heavy sometimes. The staff it's very kind and they made me feel like in home since day 1. Thank you so much to Mariela for accepting me and be always so kind with me. Thank you to all the amazing friends that made the experience way better 💖

My experience with the hostel was simply perfect. Working hours were respected. I felt welcomed and met with so many volunteers from all around the world. To inform others reading this, this is a long-stay hostel, not a backpackers hostel. So people here are busy and usually don't have much free time. So align your expectations with this. Also, the location is great, you can go pretty much anywhere you want in London with ease.

It was my first volunteering experience, and I chose the best place possible for it! About the place and the work: the hostel's location is perfect, close to train and bus stations and museums; working hours were always respected, the tasks were easy to do and the rooms are great. I made incredible friendships there and got to practice my English a lot. A special thanks to Mariela, who welcomed me, reassured me before my trip, and was always open to listening. And I'm also grateful to every volunteer who made this experience even more special. Each one of you has a place in my heart ❤

I had an amazing time at the hostel Beldevere! Time of working and tasks were good and the room very comfortable, The location was perfect, close to Nartual History Museum and easy to get around. The manager Mariela and hosts were super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in London. Thanks for everything!

This was my first volunteering experience and it was better than I expected. I was welcomed by everyone. The volunteers' rooms are for three people, spacious and comfortable. The tasks are pretty much the same as you would do at home. It's nothing out of this world. They respect your working hours and someone will help you during the first few days to explain how to do it. The £20 is enough if you cook your own food and have a healthier diet. Mariela and Csaba were always helpful, which made my experience even better. I would love to come back in the future.

I had a great time at the hostel. The amount of weekly hours is very fair and the room is great. You get 20 pounds weekly to buy your food which does help a lot, besides the free laundry. The staff and volunteers were also very nice. I totally recommend this experience.

Volunteering at the hostel was a great experience. People were so welcoming and warm. Mariela, Czaba, other volunteers were really understanding and helpful. The location is definetely amazing. It wasn't a very social hostel, as mostly people were staying long-term. So, if you're looking for a more social atmosphere, keep that in mind. Though of course, you can always go out and socialize on your own terms. The work was manageable, 4 hours a day. Some days were lighter, others a bit more demanding, but overall, there was plenty of free time to enjoy London. Thank you everyone :) !!

It has good and bad things, the good stuff is that the room they offer is pretty good, you have your own space and it's only shared with 2 other people, also the schedule is respected and it's not different from what they tell you before coming to the hostel. The managers are super nice and they try to change your days off if you ask for it or even if you have to be off for some days, they will try to arrange it. On the other hand, it's not a hostel so if you come here to socialize with people and get new experiences, it's not the best place. The people here are more “long-terms”.

**Good points:** - Location (Zone 1) - Lovely, helping and well organized team (manager, staff, and volunteers) - Shared rooms (max. 3 people) - 20£ per week for food (enough for me) **Bad points:** - Not the best place to meet locals or practice English (you have to force to do it) - It's a residence, not a hostel (completely different experience) - Work is demanding and physically tough (since you have to carry all the stuff and the load of things to clean) - Elevator is out of service about 2/3 of the time, making tasks harder Was a good experience but quite tiring!
