This was my first volunteering experience and it was amazing. I worked only 3 days a week, which gave me a lot of free time to explore Tallinn and travel around Estonia. The hostel is located right in the Old Town, so everything is close and easy to reach. The work is very easy and well organized: preparing beds for check-ins and keeping rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and the kitchen clean and tidy. Many times you can even finish earlier. Polina is super kind, fun, and flexible, and working with her really feels like being at home. I totally recommend this volunteering :)

I had so much fun at the hostel! It was a great experience and it was amazing to meet so many different people from around the world. Polina is a great host and employer, and working for her was a lot of fun. I'd definitely recommend the hostel for future travelers:)

My experience at the hostel was fabulous. I had a really great time there, and Polina was a fantastic host, almost like a friend. She was really easy to get along with and the work hours were quite flexible as well. Given that the hostel is right in the old town, you felt as though that you were stepping into a charming medieval fairytale. I'm also grateful for the few friends that I've made there and I'll come back sometime in the future. I'll miss this place and aitäh!!

Unbelievable experience!There's no way to describe it,the hostel is on the middle of the old town so you can discover everything walking(you litterally have towers around you like being in a fairy tale).Polina is truly special, she is always interested on the volunteers like a mom she listen to all of plans that you want to do, she gives you recommendations, and organizes your shifts so you have time to visit another city or country. There was always enough food guaranteed (Polina even cooked for the volunteers one day!). The shift times were always respected, as well as the days off. Thanks!

Amazing experience! The hosts were great and kept everything as promised. The atmosphere with the other volunteers and guests was super friendly. Tallinn is a beautiful and safe city. I really recommend it.

My six-week stay at the hostel in wonderful, Tallinn was great! Polina was helpful from our first call while I was in Brazil. I met many people, significantly improved my English, and loved the city. The job is (3 days/week) and you can learn in two or three days. The staff is always ready to assist. I continued my remote work easily thanks to the dedicated workspace. There are dinners and great weekend outings. I'd absolutely return. A big thank you again to Polina for everything!

Would recommend y all this volunteer experience! I was planning to stay for 3 weeks but finally I will stay 7 weeks. You meet international travelers, other volunteers and staff. The work is so easy and flexible, only 3 days per week, 8 hours, reception or cleaning shifts. I really enjoyed family dinners that are organized weekly, the friendship I built with the other volunteers and living in Tallinn old town. You have plenty of free time, a lot of food that arrives each wednesday, free pub crawls and discounts at the bar. Thanks for this experience!!

My time at the hostel was amazing! It was my second time going to this hostel and I can't thank them enough for the wonderful time I've had there. The team is amazing, always very helpful and reliable, easy to communicate and friendly. The work itself is not difficult and the time is good. We had a volunteer dorm room, very comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect, it has everything. The food is also very high quality. Other than that, I can say that the hostel is like a home and that I've met wonderful friends there that I will never forget and hope to see again! ❤️

Thank you for hosting me! I did have a nice time at the hostel. The other volunteers became like family and staff made me feel integrated. The work was simple and agreed working hours were respected. Be aware, if you have split shift, you are expected to cook dinner for everyone. I didn't have much of a problem with that, but it came as a surprise. Also you need to learn how to budget(10€ for up to 8 people). Off site manager monitors cameras actively and sometimes comments. Bedbugs are sometimes a problem but the method they found seems to be working. In general I enjoyed staying there.
