Queen hostel and Milan have a special place in my heart now!!! Such incredible days I had, the hostel is big but very confortable and the people make you feel like home! If you like to party and meet awesome people everyday this is the place to be, counting the days to be back, hope it will be soon!! Thanks again Tereza and the staff for all the loving, miss it already!!!

Tereza and Francesco are really amazing people who are always there to help you if you need some help. The staff is friendly too. I expected the hostel to be more fun and with more volunteers. At the beginning I was very alone cause I was the only one there. It's a new hostel and they owners are really working hard to improve the social part. Thanks for this month! Italy is amazing!

Queen is located in a great area of Milan, easy access to the main atractions of the city. Also, 50% discounts in almost everything at the bar was really good. The staff is friendly (Aya is an amazing person!) and the other worldpackers sure made the experience greater!:) However some things could be improved to make a better experience for everybody, like the organization of the timetable of the volunteers and the hours of the reception shifts, sometimes it caused us to work more than agreed. Also, volunteers could be better oriented and trained when arriving. We felt lost at the beginning.

If it wouldn't be for the other volunteers, the owners think you really work for them on a 24/7 job, with no benefits and pressure

Pros: Volunteers can use the bicicles for free to get around. Volunteers have discount on all things consumed at the bar. Cons: Sometimes was required for volunteers to work more than agreed. The atmosphere from Hostel with the volunteers is a "Boss-employee relationship".

Esta fue mi primer experiencia como voluntario fuera de mi país, y elegí el mejor lugar. Ademas de estar en una ciudad con tanta vida y disponibilidad de planes, lo que mas me llevo en mi recuerdo es el gran ambiente dentro del hostel. Me encontré con un staff de trabajo increíble. Les agradezco a todos ellos: Rasool, Raian, Muffin, Martina, Cryshy, Alice, Momo, Larissa, Claudia, Mark, Amin, Victoriass, Rafaela, Charles. He pasado un tiempo increible con ustedes. Gracias.

Minha experiência no hostel foi maravilhosa! A equipe toda de staff é ótima, e o ambiente do hostel é muito bom! Foi uma experiência divertida, em que aprendi coisas novas, tive boas trocas e fiz amizades. Desde que cheguei fui muito bem recebida e me senti muito bem lá desde o início, recomendo muito!!!
