We had a great time helping at the farm, learning about coffee, seeing the Himalayas on a great hike, and hanging with other volunteers. the farm team is so friendly, funny, and welcoming. The program is very well managed with clear signage, instructions, and scheduling, making settling in here super easy! Plus(!!!), all the work is meaningful to the farm. Highly recommend!! Bistali+best wishes to the farm from J & L of the Kishan Team! Tips: If you like ++protein, you can buy extra eggs in town. Also, don't forget to buy beans from 'Deepa's Shop' to bring back for family/friends/yourself! ;)

Our time at the farm filled our hearts and our cups. We instantly felt welcomed, valued and part of the farm family within hours of arrival. The communication leading up to our stay was clear and appreciated. The property is in a beautiful setting and the house and living spaces are kept clean and tidy. We are beyond grateful for the experience, the knowledge acquired through from all staff and of course the delicious food and coffee! The volunteer expectations were made clear from the get go and the schedule was well organized. There was a variety of work to keep us busy and engaged!!

I had a wonderful experience working on the farm! I saw all the stages of creating coffee - from growing to roasting, gained new knowledge in gardening and learned more about the life of Nepal and the Nepalese. All the locals were incredibly kind, open, cheerful, always ready to answer questions and help. Be prepared to eat a lot of delicious food, try a lot of new things, brush your teeth under the starry sky, and spend cold February evenings by the fire :) Many thanks to Thomas and Deepha for making this experience possible! I was really happy to spend 3 weeks on your farm!

I was there for 2 weeks and met some of the nicest people ever.Out host Thomas was not in the farm but his wife Deepa was very welcoming. In the farm, i met some other experienced travellers from europe (Tekla, Lola and Jeanne). There were also some staff in the farm Dinesh(The experienced guy and music lover), Mongale(The Nepali Tarzan and the dance master) , Nana( the cutest and always blushing one), and Ama(The best cook ever).I had some of the best best days there and see myself going again.I strongly suggest this place to all.

My goddd! I'm so grateful to be part of this beautiful farm for 2 weeks. I had one of the best 2 weeks in my life. I already miss the farm so much and that's the only thing you'll also regret after volunteering in this farm. Mangale is a great man(I miss him the most), Nana's blushes and food, Dinesh's experience and knowledge, Anna's friendly vibe, and Deepa's care for us; everything is superlative. I also met Jean, Lola and Tecla there. In only 2 weeks we created such a strong bonding that it was the hardest goodbye to say. I'm coming again, insha'Allah ❤️

This has been my first volunteering experience and it is something I will never forget. I was there for two weeks and from the beginning I felt like part of a family. I had a lot of fun with Dinesh, Mongale, Nana and Ama. Thomas and Dipa were extremely nice from the beginning and helped me to reach the farm and with every question I had. The farm itself is amazing, with an incredible view overlooking the valley. I saw some of the most beautiful sunsets ever. The work is not hard and very fun and everyone will make sure that you find your own pace. I will definitely go back to this paradise.

My experience with the farm was terrific. The place is beautiful, overlooking the valley with a very well maintained farm which is situated on a hill side and has an amazing sunset. The work can be diverse, ranging from picking coffee beans to grass cutting and watering the trees. What also makes the farm an amazing experience is the people that work there. Each and every one of them is friendly and helpful. The food is good and of course the coffee is even better. If you want to experience working on an the farm coffee farm in Nepal, this is the place to be.

The 2.5 weeks I spent here were some of the best of my life. The whole the farm Crew(Thomas, Dipa, Ama,Nana, Dinesh, Mongaley ) treat you like family right from the start and will do anything for you. The work isn't too heavy and your hours are well respected, the food is delicious and there is a lot of it so you'll never go hungry. I struggled with the spiciness of the food at the beginning and from then on Dipa everyday made me a seperate non spicy dish🥹. The location is beautiful and it's a perfect place to learn about Nepali culture and also farming. I can't wait to go back already.

This has been my first world packers experience, it was just incredible, above and beyond any expectations. Thomas, Dipa and all the other guys working at the farm are simply amazing and I felt home from the very first second I met them. They will help you from the very start even before you get to the farm, giving you support as soon as you land in Kathmandu airport. They are very careful about your wellbeing and about creating strong relations, everyday there is some different and interesting activities to make and you really have the chance to learn a lot about the farm farming.
