The experience at Playwork was incredible, Jeffrey is an excellent host, flexiblethe guest house lets the volunteers have the autonomy to do the work agreed in advance as they wish. The space is comfortable, we have bicycles to use, whenever we need to go to the supermarket we go with the guests by car. The atmosphere is very good, we have a ping pong table, darts, the guest houseeven a pizza oven to interact with the gueststhe guest house other volunteers. I recommend the experience, the beach is close by, there are lots of nature spots around. It's worth it. Thank you Jeffrey for your hospitality.

Jeffrey has a direct confident communication style which I personally liked & also had a compassionate sidethe guest house seemed genuinely wanting everyone to have great experiences. He prefers self-starters (is not a micro manager) the guest houseneeds everyone to do the work that is needed. He offers autonomythe guest house rewards positive work ethic. The work could be cleaning, yard work, stacking wood, or even small handyperson tasksnand more. Loved this trip, highly recommend!

I spent an incredible month at this place that welcomes digital nomads, the guest houseI have nothing but good things to say! The environment is incredibly welcoming—everyone I met was friendly, open, the guest househad a positive vibe. The work was very lightthe guest house flexible, mainly focused on keeping the kitchen, common areas, the guest houseguest room clean. So this gave me space to enjoy my days, explore the area, the guest houserelax. The surroundings are absolutely surreal—the ocean, the mountains, the tranquility. During the low season, there were few scheduled activities, which required proactivity from volunteers. I participated in gardening, cleaning, organizing, washing cars, always available to help. Last week, there were some problems with dishes piling up, which were unfairly attributed to me. To avoid conflicts, I washed everything, even though I didn't have to. I suggest clearly dividing tasks per volunteer, avoiding ambiguitythe guest house ensuring direct responsibilities.

I spent 2.5 months (instead 1😅) in thethe guest house. It was amazing time in a quiet village on a mountain among seashorethe guest house bay. I had my own roomthe guest house 40 euro for a week to buy food for me (it was for sure enough) in a supermarket. The task was to keep the place clean - you mostly figuring out how exactly by your own (in a good sense). I like it, nothing to complain. Place full of activities, interesting people, wonderful naturethe guest house I don't feel like I sawthe guest house did everything possible, but I feel grateful for this volunteering possibility. I had a lovely experience in this place, always around nicethe guest house friendly people. The place is absolutely stunning, cozy house , comfortable room, the guest housecommon places. Jefrrey is a really nice hostthe guest house I would love to live this experience in summer season. I was helping aroundthe guest house he was very flexible with the working hours (it was a low season). I could enjoy an amazing viewsthe guest house beach.
