I want to thank Laura, Wilsa, Marrie, and Anton for being kind and attentive, but I have some concerns to share. My shared room was really messy, had a bad smell, and the bathroom was terrible. Task distribution was also unbalanced, with one person receiving a short task for the whole day, while others had four. I mentioned this specific case to the supervisor, but nothing changed. This caused workload disparity and some volunteers to feel disheartened. Despite these issues, I had a positive experience and met kind people. I hope that my feedback helps to improve future volunteer experiences.

And thank you for your feedback, as we love hearing different points of view from our volunteers to provide a more rewarding experience for the present and future participants. But unfortunately, this time the management team didn't hear any complaints coming from you.
But thanks to your review we decided to create a cleaning rota in the boys' room to keep track of the cleaning. As the volunteers are the ones responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms.
Regarding the cleaning tasks, all the housekeeping volunteers need to volunteer for 20 per week, normally dived in 5 days, 4h per day, with 2 days off in a row. But in exceptional circumstances, we adapt the timetable to the volunteers' needs. In the case that you mentioned, that volunteer was working more days during the week but fewer hours per day.
