Amazing!! The tasks are very easy, the volunteers' room is extremely comfortable, and the staff is very friendly, always willing to help. They really care about the volunteers. I made friends I want to keep for life and I definitely consider the hostel my home in London. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back. Thank you, Laura and Susy for the opportunity ❤️

My experience at the hostel was amazing. The volunteer tasks are relatively easy, even though the building is huge. The environment where we volunteers live is excellent and offers everything we need. The food provided, although not served at the same location, is very good and the menu is always varied. Laura, the manager, is always willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have. I highly recommend this experience and, when I return to London, I will definitely do it again!

It was a very good experience, the staff, and volunteers are nice people, who always take care of you and support you. It is located in a really good location close to metro station, I met amazing people who now are my friends , the tasks are clear, easy and the hours are respected. I really would like to return in the future :).

My experience in the hostel was wonderful in every way. Everyone is incredibly kind, Laura the manager is really friendly and always keeps great communication. The vibe with the volunteers is super fun, I made amazing friendships that I'll carry with me for life. The work is only 3–4 hours a day, so you have plenty of free time to explore London and even travel around. The building is amazing! It has a gym, common areas, a study room, and my favorite part: the terrace, where you get a beautiful view of the city. I definitely recommend the experience and I hope to be back soon!!!

The volunteer was amazing, the tasks are easy, and they teach you before. The staff is great and united, always thinking about having a party or something to get along together. We live in a shared room with other volunteers, but not crowded; everyone has your space. The only problem is that if you want your free food (breakfast or dinner), you need to go to another close hostel, like 10 - 15 minutes walking, it's not a big problem, but when the weather is not nice, it may be difficult to go.

My experience in this volunteering was amazing! The hostel is great — cozy, well-organized, and full of good energy. The whole team is very welcoming, kind, and friendly, which made my stay even more special. During my time here, I was able to learn, share experiences, and enjoy wonderful moments with people from different places. The atmosphere is light, fun, and makes you feel at home even when you're far away. I'm truly grateful for this opportunity and for all the kindness I received. I hope to come back one day and relive this wonderful experience! 💛

My volunteer experience was simply incredible 💓! From day one, the team was extremely welcoming and professional, always willing to help and ensure everything ran smoothly✨. Laura and Susy, in particular, are sweethearts💖! They have an infectious energy and are always ready to help with a big smile on their faces🥰. The place is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located. Besides the beauty of the space, time management is a strong point, with flexible and respectful schedules, which demonstrates the great respect the organization has for volunteers🫂 Thanks for my good time here💫❤️‍🔥

I didn't expect the view from the 12th floor. the hostel has a little "secret" spots to enjoy a nice view and fresh air . The staff where very nice and comprehensive with me and the situations that occurred in my stay at the hostel. People from reception where always nice to me and helping me with any question that I had, also they were doing everything work like a clock. As my roommates, I did have a good chat with 2 of them one from Brazil and the other one from colombia, thery were very helpful and always happy to help. Without question, the hostel is a nice spot to stay...
