I was very disapointed by the management in the hostel. We only stayed for a week and the host did not reach us until the third day of work, and let the staff that did not speek much of English explain to us the tasks so we did not always know what we had to do. Otherwise, the hostel is really nice and the staff is great.

One of the hosts met you on the third day, from the first day you met at least 7 people between staff and hosts, but you were too busy with your own personal commitments to even realize it.

You and your partner were the first, after dozens of volunteers, who did not understand what they should do, even after 10 days of stay.
But you never told anyone.
You have decided to write it here, after reading our review to your partner. Congratulations on your immaturity which confirms what we have been able to see closely.

Maybe someone doesn't speak English perfectly, but at least they don't have the presumption to write it in their preferences like your friend Englatine did with Italian, since she doesn't speak it or understands even one word. We repeat that there is nothing wrong with saying "I did not understand", it's much worse to pretend nothing ever happened.

You left without saying a word to anyone, don't worry, none of us will miss you.

I don't find words to tell how much I am grateful to join the Trictrac hostel. Such a wonderful experience. all people here are so nice, helpful, and friendly. you immediately feel welcomed and loved ☺️ the tasks are simple & well organized. You help the staff either the morning or the evening. You socialise with guests, you make friends, you play games, and you will have a lot of free time to enjoy the beautiful Naples. the Hostel's location is perfect. The breakfast is so delicious & fresh 😋😊. I recommend it to everybody. I enjoyed every moment at Trictrac hostel, grazie mille ❤️❣️❤️

The experience at the hostel was amazing. It was my first volunteer exchange and I couldn't have been luckier =). I really liked all the staff people, they are kind and always try to help you learn the tasks, which were very simple. It was also great to meet the other volunteers. I certainly recommend this host =)

It was a great experience!! The staff of the hostel are very nice, all the time they try that you feel comfortable in the place. The thing to do are not so difficult, it easy to learnt it and do it. The hostel is amazing, very new and clean all the day. I really recomend it 🙂

L love my experience in trictrac hostel, the hostel is well care by the staffs e owners, you get a nice breakfast everyday and two times of week pasta. the job was very easy, if get to work by the mornings you will work organize the breakfast, if you get to work nights you will help the bartender and talk to the guests. and the most nice parte you going have a pretty time to explore the amazing city of Naples

La mia esperienza non avrebbe potuto essere migliore. Me ne vado con il cuore felice. Il team è stato incredibile; mi sono sentito supportato fin dal primo momento. L'altra volontaria è diventato mia amica e abbiamo stretto un bellissimo legame con gli ospiti. Senza dubbio, tornerei !! Grazie, Tric Trac, per avermi aperto le porte e insegnato.

Fue mi primer experiencia en un voluntariado y la verdad que no podría haber sido mejor!! Todos los que trabajan acá son muy buenos y simpáticos, te ayudan con cualquier cosa que necesites. El trabajo es súper fácil y encima te divertís un montón haciéndolo así que super recomiendo esta experiencia🩷

Disposti ad aiutarti e insegnarti tutto ciò che possono. L'ostello anche è il più bello in cui sia mai stato. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza. 🤗 Napoli e the hostel sempre nel mil cuore.💙

Hostal súper céntrico, súper limpio, (gracias a Theresa y el resto de las chicas que son increíbles) con horas respetadas, desayuno incluido. La cama es muy cómoda. Compartirás cuarto con el resto de los huéspedes . Estuve en el bar y tuve suerte de haber conocido a Alfonso con una energía increíble y por su puesto Laura, más que otra voluntaria una nueva amiga! Tareas fáciles que debes de aprender rápidamente.. El equipo en general amable. Me habría gustado que la cocina estuviera en mejores condiciones. Tienes pasta gratis con karaoke !
