My month and a half at the hostel was one of the best times of my life. The hostel itself is cozy, vibrant, and homey and the people made it such a special place. All of my fellow volunteers were incredible and the guests were so much fun to talk to and hang out with. The work is just as described and most days you have a lot of free time to tour Belfast or go on day trips to other towns.

I spend the last six months in this hostel. It was the best experience that I could have had! All of the beautiful memories will stay with me forever. The old manager Stef and the new manager Jazmine were the best people that you can find! When I first arrived at the hostel I didn't speak English well and they have helped me a lot. The owner Mark is also a very nice and friendly person. I recommend this place with all my heart ! It is like my second family.

GV is a home away from home and was a wonderful place to stay for a few weeks. The staff and other volunteers were kind and genuine people and I came away with a bunch of new friends :) The tasks and hours are all properly outlined and exactly as described. You always have at least one other staff around to help or to ask questions to. The location is great, a close walk from museums, restaurants, and walking paths. The house is cozy, definitely in need of some repairs but overall it's a great place to stay.

I had the absolute best time at the hostel! The work is fair, everything is within walking distance, and the people are amazing. It was very social and felt like home :) I wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Volunteers dont really need to know anything in particular very straight forward. Hostel is in need of updates but owner sais hes gonna close it down later in the year for renovations

I had an amazing time in the hostel! The job is fair, the hours are respected and the manager, Jaz, is wonderful! I felt like home every single minute of my time there. The tasks are well explained and quite easy. I had a great time with the other volunteers too. Thanks for everything, guys!

I have no words to describe this experience. It is a wonderful place with wonderful people. Stef is a great person who is always willing to help you. the hostel is a great place to stay for a while, help out, and enjoy the people and Belfast. I definitely recommend it.

It was a great experience here in the hostel. The tasks are easy to do, Belfast is so walkable, the city center is close as the parks. I strongly believe that my volunteering experience was really awesome because of the people, I felt in home ♥️

My experience at the hostel was incredible! It was my first time as a volunteer and it couldn't have gone better, I felt at home immediately, Stef is the best manager I could imagine and she managed to create cohesion in the group and great fun, I have spent a very special month here and I miss everything already.
