This was my first volunteering experience and wow what a magical time I've had! I spent 6 weeks here and I genuinely can say it's been one of the best experiences ever! The hostel is located in a perfect spot (close to everything!) and is very cute and clean! People say the room for the volunteers is quite small, which look it's a lil squishy, but it feels like a big sleepover every night which I loved! The staff are lovely and respect the work agreed upon! The work itself can be a lil bit tiring but not too bad when you've got the tunes blasting! I would 100% recommend!!

I spent 6 weeks at the hostel and it's been amazing! The work itself could get kind of repetitive and exhausting sometimes but the days off and the time with the other volunteers definitely made up for it! I loved my time in Den Haag and would absolutely recommend this experience!!!

My time in the hostel was great! They provide great opportunities to meet new people, make friends and practice languages. The staff is very respectful and clearly communicates their expectations and what needs to be done. The structure and location of the hostel are also pretty good, and the breakfast is very complete. Overall, it's an awesome experience and I would recommend it to anyone who's considering volunteering there!

My experience was amazing! The hostel staff is very nice and the other volunteers are the best part, I managed to practice my English a lot and I always had time to get to know the city and even the neighboring cities. Highly recommend!!! Miss you guys!!

I really enjoyed my experience at the hostel and would recommend it for anyone. Everyone there is very welcoming and always extending invitations for you to join them on their different activities. You meet a lot of cool people and the hague is in a good location to travel to different cities/countries as well. Things do close early and a lot of places do not take visa or mastercard, but the city has a lot of green space to explore. The room is cramped but isn't terrible and the work is not bad and is just as described. Overall a fun experience.

My experience at the hostel was great! The amount of work was fair, oftentimes we even finished earlier. Even though the volunteers' room can get a bit crowded the living room and the kitchen area are very big and cozy (the only problem is that they close at 11 pm). The best part of the hostel was the people and the sense of community that was created while living there, the idea of sharing your space with 11 volunteers can seem overwhelming but it translates to a familiar atmosphere of peaceful coexistence that it is so hard to leave (I can confirm it now that I'm back home).

In my case, I haven't yet finished my worldpackers experience but I can already say that it has been one of the greatest things i've done by myself. The hostel itself is very nice, spacious and easy to clean. But most of all, meeting new people from all around the world was the most gratifying feeling. I also wanted to add that the work is as described and sometimes you end earlier which is perfect for doing evening plans! The staff is nice and welcoming and my fellow volunteers were just lovely! + the city itself is beautiful

This experience was really good. I met so many amazing people and learnt so much about different cultures which is so valuable to me. The hostel is clean and pretty, and the common areas are really nice (especially the terrace!) however they do shut at 11pm so after that the only place to go was to our room. This is not really ideal because it's very small and crowded, and if people are trying to sleep you should be quiet and respectful. The work is as described and the hours are good for making afternoon/ evening plans. The location is very central in The Hague which was perfect!

Volunteering at the hostel was the best decision ever! I had a great time and met amazing people. The hostel itself is clean and modern. The volunteer room is quit small and gets messy really quick. But with the right people it feels like a chaotic sleepover every night! :)The work is fair but more exhausting than I expected - you know what u did afterwards. I really liked the traditional family dinner - although there where some ambiguities about the money we get from the hostel for it. I would recommend going to The Hague and experiencing life at the hostel! 🦩
