Live with an Italian family and help us with permaculture tasks!
The experience
We're an Italian family, living in a small stone house in Emilia Romagna region, a place surrounded by forests, mountains and rivers. It is a perfect spot for trekking, climbing, and skiing. We like cooking homemade fresh vegetable, prepare pizza, bread and cake (in our wood oven), also to pick some berries, flowers and mushrooms. We need help, depending on the season, with farming, permaculture gardening, bees and some building tasks.

Program Details
I expect from volunteers a good exchange and collaboration. For me, the ideal volunteers are dynamic people, with a desire to learn activities in organic farming and share knowledge and culture. We can offer a camping space for tents during summer and spring, and a bed inside our small house during winter. We live a really simple life, and it is all about the experience and share things.
Activities & Shift
The activities we do with the volunteers are many and varied, connected to organic and biodynamic agriculture, beekeeping, harvesting and processing of wild fruits and herbs, growing vegetables and small fruits, selling products in the farmer's local markets.
