The experience

Ideal Placement for young people who wish to learn more german and help with holiday guests in our little countryside hotel.

You get out what you put in!

We have a country inn with an equestrian centre , specialising in riding holidays for all abilities. Our guests come from all over Germany!

We enjoy working with young people from different countries and cultures.

Note : we are expecting minimum 2 months of stay !

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner German

Between 18 and 30 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

European Union Passport

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

An ideal destination for a German-Exchange for german learning students.

We offer an alternative way for you to do something different and give yourself an opportunity of work experience firsthand, while at the same time learning German with ease and without embarrassment.
We expect some knowledge of german. If you intend to study in Germany, this is the perfect opportunity to get the ball rolling!

We are a small country Hotel nestled between Hamburg und Hannover 3 km from the river Elbe which was originally the west/east border. We live very provincially and nature is written BIG here, with skies full of bright, clear stars and vast forests.

You'll be part of our team. The bonus is our friendliness and flexibility.
