The experience

Come join us in our cultural exchange English cafe in Busan, the best city in South Korea!

We are looking for volunteers who can help Korean learners improve their English conversation skills.

Our community aims to provide a warm and lively environment where Korean members and foreigner travelers can share their cultures and experiences in English.

Korean members can practice their English and volunteers can learn Korean cultures from them.

What you offer

3 hours of help per day

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Fluent English

Between 22 and 39 years old

Program Details

Our English conversation sessions are relaxed and informal. Volunteers are not required to prepare lesson plans or formal classes. Instead, they support Korean learners through casual, friendly conversations — asking questions, listening attentively, and providing helpful feedback.

Activities & Shift

We are looking for volunteers who:

Are fluent in English and eager to help Korean members improve their language skills

Enjoy meeting new people and engaging in conversations

Are open to experiencing new cultures and sharing their own ideas and stories


Volunteers typically participate up to 15 hours per week, usually 3 hours a day for 5 days a week or 5 hours a day for 3 days a week.
