The experience

We are looking for a volunteer to help clean the hostel, house keeping & general maintenance and possible gardening on our quieter days in exchange for accomodation. This role is generally 2-3hrs per day, 6 days a week. Our hostel has a friendly chilled out vibe and is close to town, beautiful beaches & the Koala Hospital.

What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

We expect our worldpackers to be friendly and sociable, happy to chat with guests about their travels and what they have seen in our beautiful town.

Activities & Shift

All training will be provided. The shift starts around 9.30am.
