This was my first experience as a volunteer on Worldpackers and I just loved all of it! I helped with cleaning and at the front desk of the hostel which was something I'd never done before but everyone was super pacient with me and my eventual screw-ups haha. Working hours were always respected, and Faro is well-located next to other worth-visiting cities in the Algarve region and south of Spain that you can go to in your days off. Also, shout out to the top-notch team of Brazilian volunteers that were there during my stay and with whom I shared so many amazing moments. Faro, I wil come back!!

The hostel is a beautiful building, super clean and the people always welcoming. The working hours are fair and we can have time to travel to cities nearby. They have a really special staff, which is patient to teach you and help. The environment is chill and they have many solo travelers that you can become friend and improve new languages. I loved the experience and was better than I have expected! the hostel I hope be back soon!

Unfortunately my experience was not positive for different reasons. First I had to work many hours a day and I felt exhausted! In addition, the staff people were not friendly and made me work as if I were hired by the hostel, except for a couple of people who made me feel welcome. I appreciate that the owner of the hostel understood all this and we were able to finish the volunteering in a good way.

Amazing team, The hostel are super near from supermarket, bars and city center. If you're searching a chilling place to visit will be a super experience

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue corta pero muy buena, Jennifer es una excelente anfitriona, también los voluntarios y miembros del staff. los horarios son muy buenos y te queda mucho tiempo libre. Recomiendo la experiencia en el hostel a todos.

Foi uma boa experiência como meu primeiro voluntariado. Tive a oportunidade de fazer bons amigos e conhecer pessoas legais. O hostel está muito bem preparado e a cidade de Faro é tranquila e boa de se viver.

Fue una gran experiencia♥️ Es un hostel con mucha buena vibra y un ambiente muy lindo tanto de la gente que trabaja ahí como de todos los huéspedes que pasan. El hostel te invita a compartir y sentirte entre amigos, además de practicar mucho inglés y conocer gente de todos lados. En cuanto al trabajo se respeta lo acordado perfecto y es un trabajo muy ameno y fácil. Gracias the hostel team🙌🏻

Tive uma boa experiência no hostel, o ambiente é acolhedor e as trocas são justas. O trabalho é tranquilo e o quarto dos voluntários é confortável. Além disso, Jeniffer disponibiliza bicicletas para os voluntários, o que foi uma das melhores partes da experiência. As pedaladas até a Quinta do Lago, passando pela Ria Formosa, são passeios deslumbrantes. As praias de Lagos também são imperdíveis.

Tília foi e sempre será um pedaço da minha casa. Des do momento que cheguei no hostel,fui recebido de coração aberto. Sempre foi respeitado os horários e quando eu precisava sempre houve uma flexibilidade. Jennifer é um excelente anfitriã. Sempre que precisei ela estava disponível. Crei laços de amizades que jamais vou esquecer! Recomendo a todos o voluntário no tília hostel. O melhor de faro!!! Agradeço de coração os longos meses de voluntário no hostel.

Não poderei ter escolhido melhor meu primeiro voluntariado, gostei tanto que fiquei um período maior do que tinha programado. Faro, é uma cidade maravilhosa e o hostel é incrível, um local acolhedor, ótimo estrutura. Jennifer uma pessoa incrível, fui muito bem recebida por ela. Rafael, Valkyria, Letícia, Alessandra e Vera fizeram meu voluntariado ser inesquecível. Vou morrer de saudades de todos, principalmente do Rafa, foi um conexão surreal, virou um amigo. Voltarei com certeza
