Terrible experience, do not recommend. it was supposed to be 2 months, I needed to build a studio and fix all the farm of the owner, that was completely different as described. After Two weeks when the job was done he sent me away.

I had the best time at the hostel, everybody was very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back if I have the chance. Trust me, you will feel welcome at this hostel.

They all always were so kind, lovely and polite with me. They had pacient to help me with the language and everything. I'd like to say thank you all and say that they were my italian family here literily. The work usually is helping cleaning, painting or biulding some thing. Its simple and relax. I would like to be back.

The experience at H.Taormina was truly amazing considering the people I met. The work I did at the hostel was more focused on helping in the renovations of the hostel.In addition I also worked in the reception and attendance of the guests and sometimes in the cleaning and maintenance of the hostel.Usually they do not accept men for the worldpackers program.Also,I did not stay in a private room. They gave me a free ride to Volcano.the hostel is a very cool place to be.In addition, the system they use for guest check-in is very manual which makes the chances of errors increasing.

An incredible personal experience. I really learned about Italians, the costumes and how they work. Francesco is a good person, just a little anxious. The staff works like a family and the hostel operation and bureaucracy is a little confused and disorganized. The room is shared and you don't have Wi-Fi in the apartment staff. The 4 job hours are respect and they are flexible if you need to change your shift. Francesco offer a great tour at Etna Volcano for a symbolic value. I really liked this opportunity.

Fue una experiencia muy linda. Lo mejor, definitivamente, fue conocer a los chicos que trabajan en el hostel y al equipo de colaboradores, se generó un vínculo muy lindo! En relación a las tareas, son fáciles de realizar y queda tiempo suficiente para recorrer Taormina, que es bellísima! Feliz y agradecida!! ✨

La experiencia en el ostello fue buena. Hice muchas amistades y conecté con gente increíble. El trabajo no era pesado, se hacía fácil. La gente del ostello era muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. A pesar de algún malentendido todo se solucionó al final, y me quedo con lo positivo que me ha traído esta experiencia tan enriquecedora. Gracias a todos por haberme hecho sentir como en casa el tiempo que estuve, espero que todo vaya genial y volver a Taormina.

Dal primissimo secondo nel hostel mi sono sentita a casa. Grazia mi ha accolta con un grande sorriso e gli altri volontari con tanti abbracci. La mia esperienza è stata semplicemente incredibile, darei mille stelle se potessi! Il team è sensazionale, una vera “famiglia lontano da casa”.
Il lavoro è molto tranquillo, ben organizzato e sempre svolto in un’atmosfera leggera. Mi sono sentita valorizzata, rispettata e parte di qualcosa di speciale. Sono molto grata per tutto quello che ho vissuto qui. Consiglio questo posto a occhi chiusi!
