Paul is a kind and helpful person. His Quinta is a place where you can see the stars, see the sunrise and feel the nature. There is a stream with some stones around where is possible to meditate or just take a moment to relax. The tasks are many and Paul teaches and helps a lot, so you can find the one that best fits you. I'll be back there for sure.

Paul was very welcoming. His quinta is a beautiful place with stunning views. The work hours are flexible and the tasks are fair and reasonable. Paul is patient to teach and explain the jobs, so even if you aren't very well experienced in that task, you can learn it and still do it. Besides, there is a lot to be done there, so if you don't quite fit in a specific task, you can ask him to work on some other thing. I'm very grateful to Paul for having us and for always being respectful and kind. Also, my cat really liked him on the get-go, so I knew he would be a good person haha.

Paul is the type of person you just feel happy to meet. Is really easy to communicate with him, and you can always find solutions together. I've learned a lot during my stay, also I had an amazing time connecting with nature (there is a lovely river in the property, and very nice places nearby). Is really in the beginning and there are many things to do, but I felt very cozy, and welcomed there❤️

I just loved it and my days were incredible, I learned to do many new things, the place is beautiful and huge, with a lot of nature and even a river. Paul is a wonderful person, I felt like I was part of the family. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to go. I hope to be able to return one day :)

My time in the farm was great, the land is beautiful and you can have a lot of fun exploring around if you like the mountain. At the moment there are many things to do, a part of the house is being restored and many projects are planned, also the land offers many agricultural possibilities. Paul is friendly and productive, every time a job was done we planned the next during the evening or in the morning and he is always interested in other peoples ideas, he understands people well. Paul's daughters are lovely and also really intelligent. I think I will come back in the future

My first 2 weeks were fantastic. Paul is a very open-minded and laid-back person and he always made sure I was doing something I enjoyed to do. The place is just stunning, with a hilly view on a forest and a small river to get to in just a few minutes. During our evenings, we usually listened to or played music and talked about any kind of topic. I quite enjoyed the ones on psychology and travels. I worked on a variety of tasks including preparing the wood for the winter, painting indoors and help him plan the winter garden. I hope all the best to this amazing project :)

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Me sentí como parte de la familia. Paul es amable, respetuoso y paciente, siempre pendiente de que te sientas a gusto y no trabajes demasiado😅 además que cocina muy rico (de vez en cuando te pregunta si quieres cocinar). La casa está a una hora caminando del pueblo asi que de cierta forma dependes de que Paul te lleve si quieres visitar, los vecinos están a 5 minutos de distancia, así que solo son Paul y tú (sus niñas vienen cada semana) o si acaso algún otro voluntario. Si no eres muy solitario este no es tu lugar; si lo eres, te va a encantar la paz que hay.

Foi sensacional, Paul e uma pessoa muito agradável e me tratou super bem, foi super paciente, e partilhamos vários conhecimentos. os horários de trabalho são mega flexíveis e pude escolher o job! espero um dia voltar, com meu inglês melhorado! haaha

Foram dias que me senti vivendo com um amigo, muita simplicidade e consciência no dia-a-dia. Paul está sempre bem disposto para melhorar o seu lugar, e me senti motivado com aquela missão, também está sempre pronto para tomar um café. Assim também, a comunidade que o cerca é impressionante e nos tem muito a ensinar. Odin é um bom amigo e as filhas do anfitrião são muito divertidas. To the good life!
