PROS: Hosts were very friendly. Place is beautiful and surrounded with nature. I liked that i got to make my own food and there was good amount of ingredience to choose from. Tasks I did were fun and different. There was sense of freedom on how I execute them and was able to but my personality in them. Mostly I was building stuff. Also got to be around animals alot. CONS: Time to time I felt little isolated from the city but you have options to go there. Tasks were sometimes disorderly and it was hard to focus if you have to jump from one task to another. Overall i would recommend.

During our stay we learned a lot about handyman work, especially painting and polishing. the animals were nice to have around and the working hours were respectively held with a good timed break in between. but we expected the social situation to be more ”knit together” and also the meals were, for the biggest part, prepared alone. the room we stayed in was not what we expected, it was kinda dirty and we didn't really feel comfortable in there. the work we had to do was also just partly what we originally wanted to do, lots of things we did were the annoying stuff nobody else wanted to do.

The experience at the project was amazing, the finca is beautiful and have a lot of nature, there's a lake near by that you can go to meditate and maybe even fish. The hosts were always respectful and friendly and the room is very clean with hot water. I had a great experience at the farm and I recommend to those who which stay at a calm and relaxed place.

I had a great times in the nature, connect with locals, learning new tasks and reconnect with our inner self. what i liked the most is waking up in sun rise to start your day fully energised and starting to take animals gallinas, la cabra, el borro y el poni outside for eating, collecting figs for morning breakfast, vegetables for lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the communication with locals ans especially pepe. I met other volunteer where i practiced more my Spanish and not only that we made good connection from sharing to craziness.

I really enjoyed the time I spent in the farm! The farm is very beautiful and the staff is kind and helpful. The owners, Silvia and Antonio, are good people and very attentive to the volunteers. The work can be a little hard on some days, but the overall experience was undoubtedly very positive!! Thank you :)

Mi experiencia fue bastante agradable. Las personas encargadas siempre fueron atentos en cualquier circunstancia, os recomiendo el lugar, mucha paz, mucha tranquilidad, y el trabajo es reconfortante. Me llevo una grata experiencia. Muchas gracias por esta oportunidad.

Fue mi primer experiencia con un voluntariado en España y me encantó, tanto los anfitriones como los trabajadores te hacen sentir bienvenida y demuestran la importancia de que los voluntarios se sientan como en casa. Los horarios de trabajos son respetados y las tareas son sencillas, las habitaciones e instalaciones para nosotros son super cómodas, eso es un plus. Sin duda, volvería a esta hermosa granja. Gracias por hacer mi estadía mucho más linda de lo que imaginé 💜

¡Fue mi primera experiencia y fue muy gratificante! ¡L'Aljara es un lugar precioso para aquellos que quieran conectar con la granja! En el voluntariado hay tareas más ligeras y tranquilas y otras más difíciles ¡pero posibles de realizar! ¡Recomiendo mucho este increíble lugar!
