I loved my time at the surf camp. It felt like a summer camp with adults and the vibe was so fun. Everyone is super friendly and it's super easy to meet other people. One thing that I'm gonna say is, you are in the middle of the jungle, don't expect to have AC and a queen bed. I was aware of this before going, so I didn't mind at all. You are giving a bed and sheets, two great meals a day and the showers and bathrooms are pretty clean. If you don't like camping or bugs I wouldn't recommend this place to you, you are outside 24/7. The people you meet are gonna make your stay 100% worth it 😁

I enjoyed my time at the surf camp! It was awesome to meet so many other people and I loved Tamarindo. Definitely a place for me and I hope to be back.

It's all about the people you meet! A lot of people end up leaving a few days early to continue travelling with friends they made at the surf camp. The yoga classes are really good and the activities & excursions are super fun. Depending on where you stay (dorm, tent, glamping tent) will really impact your experience.

My time at the surf camp was chaotic to say the least but I had a wonderful time. There's a nice balance between chill days and busy excursions/nights out. There are so many people coming in and out of camp you are bound to find some amazing friends but it definitely can be overwhelming at times and is important to find your own routine to not get exhausted from it all. A great way to spend a few weeks in what would otherwise be a very expensive part of the surf camp

Magical experience. I can't think of how it could have been any better and I can't thank the surf camp's staff enough for providing this experience. If you feel like you want to connect with new people, visit incredible beaches, make excursions to the nature, learn how to surf, meditate, get to know yourself better and still enjoy lots of parties, then this is the place to go. The age span from the people there is between 18-25 and everyone shares the same energy, so making friends is really easy. Tasks aren't hard, beds are comfortable and if you have the chance, don't miss a single Flunkyball.

I had literally such a great time at the surf camp. it's very very social and big party vibes which was lowk overwhelming at first but once you acclimate to the vibe it's such a good time. the food was bomb and the volunteer work was so easy. i was in one of the yurts and thought the accommodation was totally fine just cute camping vibes! expect to be spending money here tho!! tamarindo is expensive and things at the surf camp such as drinking games and excursions all cost money. i loved my time here and would recommend to anyone starting their travels who wants to meet other people to travel with.
