This was my first time Volunteering in a hostel, and it was really an unforgettable experience. I have met so many amazing people and got to experience an incredible part of Europe. The volunteering itself was brilliant , the shifts were really well coordinated and well organised. The hostel itself is modern and spotless, the atmosphere is relaxed and so welcoming and Alessio is a wonderful host. Can't recommend it enough :))

It was one of the best volunteering experience I had so far, it went way beyond my expectations. I felt really welcomed and respected by the host and the whole team. You get to meet a lot of people from all around the world, go to beautiful beaches and places. The working hours is just as agreed, and the work is easy, basically you need to talk to guests, be a tour guide, host a party, do breakfast and a little bit of cleaning.

My first volunteer experience was in this hostel. I had a very good experience, Alessio gives everything he offers and is very organized. You need to clean up a little, make breakfast and talk to the guests. The latter is the most important for the hostel, you have to be nice and make the guest feel really comfortable. Besides that, the hostel is very nice because it's big and you have your space. The atmosphere is great and friendly, all guests are very comfortable.

Alessio is a great boss who works very hard to make sure his hostel runs smoothly and that everybody is happy, including the volunteers. He treated myself and the other volunteers with total respect, work hours were respected, the work was easy (almost too easy at times) and there was a lot of free time to travel and see everything in the area (THERE IS A LOT!) - The hostel is modern, clean, beds comfortable and rooms spacious. No staff room but there are lockers. Kitchen is very good, nice atmosphere in the hostel overall. Sultan, who is there full time, is a great co-worker. Overall, 10/10.

My month at the hostel was incredible. The shifts are well organised using an app so you can see your whole week + plan accordingly. Alessio is so kind + understanding + I couldn't have asked for a better host. The hostel itself is large, clean and has everything you need. The old town centre is such a beautiful location with a great nightlife. I will never forget the hostel + highly recommend if you want to come to the south of Italy :))

It was a really good experience, I learn a lot and meet a lot of new people and made experiences that are going to last forever, that was my main goal. Volunteering in the hostel was one of the happiest experiences in my life; I stayed in the hostel for a month between mid October and mid November. The hostel feels like a small family;The group of volunteers became my best friends and the guests as well. The hostel is not big and therefore it allows to create beautiful connections and a family feeling. Work is easy and after it you can go explore puglia. You should note that during fall and winter time there are not many guests and transportation is limited. I would definitely recommend the exp in summer. Fell free to contact me!

Qué lugar mágico Lecce y más cuando la gente del Hostel es tan maravillosa. Tuve la suerte de tener un grupazo con los voluntarios y eso hizo de La Puglia un viaje hermoso. El trabajo en el hostel es sencillo y rápido, permitiéndote poder conocer la ciudad y alrededores. Súper agradecida con María y Alesio, personas increíbles que te abren los brazos como si fueras familia. Gracias gracias gracias♥️ Volveré!!!!!

Experiência maravilhosa, digna de 5 estrelas! O hostel é incrível, a equipe sensacional, Alessio, Antonella e Maria foram maravilhosos comigo e tive uma experiência muito boa e positiva. Lecce é uma graça de cidade, belíssimas praias ao redor, o hostel é um dos melhores que já vi em infraestrutura e muito bem cuidado. Aos meus amigos voluntários deixo um grande abraço e nos vemos pela vida! Nota 10 de 10!

Mi experiencia en el hostel no pudo haber sido mejor. El espacio del hostal es moderno, limpio e impecable, y al mismo tiempo estar en Lecce me permitió conocer y explorar una región tan fascinante y hermosa como es el Salento. María y Alessio hacen un gran equipo y siempre hubo una muy buena estructura para trabajar, al mismo tiempo que tuve suficiente tiempo libre para viajar, conocer más viajeros, descansar... y mejorar mi italiano! El hostal es tranquilo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una muy buena estadía.
