This was my first experience as a volunteer through worldpackers, and I couldn't have asked for a better start. I had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people - both the guests and the volunteers made my time at the hostel truly special. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. I recommend the Black Swan Hostel to anyone seeking a fulfilling and enjoyable volunteer experience!

Had an amazing time at Black Swan Hostel. The people, location, staff and atmosphere are really incredible! Would 100% recommend this experience to anybody looking to meet new people amost everyday, immerse themselves in a beautiful town and have an amazing time.

Amazing experience that I will always remember. Sevilla - a beautiful city with everything you can dream of, orange and palm trees, beautiful streets, parks, the river and beyond friendly people. Black Swan Hostel - super social hostel that makes it easy to meet cool people instantly due to the huge kitchen, common areas and activities in the hostel. The volunteering very organized by the nice manager Diego and very fair shifts/work! I made some amazing friends, met many interesting people and honestly did not want to leave. Would love to come back some day. Thanks for everything!!

It has been an amazing month volunteering at Black Swan Hostel, a true home away from home. I made friends with wonderful people (volunteers, receptionists, travelers) and had a lot of time to discover Sevilla. I would absolutely recommend!

Volunteering at Black Swan Hostel was an experience like no other. I have to say there were ups and downs, mainly due to the occasional lack of communication from management, but overall, the good outweighed the bad. Black Swan became my home and its volunteers became my family. The hostel is lively and the facilities clean and functional—you really can't ask for more.

Black Swan Hostel was my second volunteering experience with Worldpackers. There were ups and downs, both personal and volunteer-related. I would not trade the experience for anything in the world, however, I wish certain things could have been handled differently. Some shifts are better than others, some staff members are kind and welcoming while others create a hostile environment. At the end of the day, I would return to Black Swan hoping to see Diego, the receptionists, and the amazing guests and volunteers I got to meet along the way!

It was a really nice experience! All the staff welcome me really good and I spent an incredible month here. You an met wonderful people (both volunteers and guest and people who work at the hostel) and the work is not stressful(a part from housekeeping 😂). You work five times a day for five days. One negative aspect is the room that they give volounteer is really small, would be small even for two people but we live in 6 there. But overall a great experience that I would definitely recommend!

I spent 4 weeks in the Black Swan the hostel felt like that was the perfect time for me to leave. The best attributes: -Being around happy, fun people (Volonteers and Guests) - Being in the city center close to the water, restaurants, bars and parks - Family esque feeling between the Volonteers -Activities "Worst" : - Constently people around (I fled to the city or into parks) - the work is quite chill, often there is not much to do (Morning shift; Cleaning and making beds; Cooking dinner and shopping; night shift) I had a good time and would do it again Thanks for having me Diego and Team!

I spent two months at Black Swan and I really had such a good time. The work is pretty easy and there is 5 different shifts so it's not like every day looks the same. The manager is also very flexible with the schedule. Everybody was absolutely friendly and welcoming :) I can recommend this experience to everyone.

This was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't recommend it enough! The work was more than fair and the shifts were always flexible. Hostel itself is the hostel, well-organized, and it has a nice common area which makes it super easy to meet people from all over the world. Other volunteers and staff truly made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The memories and friendships I have made will stay with me for a lifetime. I am beyond grateful for the chance to be a part of this incredible community. See you all soon! <3
