I loved the experience in this volunteering, the group was great, the activities are very easy and you can really enjoy your time in the hostel and get to know other places. The manager is very friendly and the overall stay is a great experience.

Loved this place! Everyone I worked with were great and the manager was very chill. The work itself is easy enough and the shifts can easily be changed to suit your plans to go off somewhere.

My experience at the hostel was amazing. The people I met were incredible; both the staff and the manager, Grant, are special and made me feel truly at home. The tasks are light and very enjoyable as you have the chance to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. I will definitely miss my month there and couldn't recommend this hostel more!

Volunteering at the hostel was amazing, jeanie and grant, the two mangers i had, were amazing. the hours are completely fine, you get enough free time to explore the hostel and the islands there. absolutely worth it:)

This was my first time as a volunteer and I loved it. It was amazing, I felt like home from day one The working hours were more than fair, plenty of time to spend the rest of the day exploring the surrounding areas. The staff team and the rest of the volunteers at the hostel were such nice, kind and fun people, i even made some friends. i I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Hope to come back one day ✨

My days in the hostel were wonderful, I really feel at home here, the work is organized and easy, Richard is a great host and will make you feel at home with his joy and friendliness, you also have the option of volunteering at other hostels in the same network, which is great for seeing more places in Scotland. The city is charming, has several supermarkets, restaurants and bars very close to the Hostel. Recommend 100%💟

The hostel was my first volunteer experience and I loved it! There's plenty of time to explore the isles and the cute town, where you can see the ocean wherever you walk. The staff is great and you can tell the managers truly care about their staff and them having a good time while they are there! I would for sure come back and recommend this to anyone looking for a social hostel to volunteer at!

Volunteering at the hostel was my first experience as a Worldpacker so I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't have to worry though, because Kamila and the other volunteers made me feel welcome straightaway! The work was satisfying but not difficult, and the shifts were rotated so you weren't doing the same thing all the time. There was plenty of free time to go exploring in town and around, or hang out in the cozy common room in the hostel. the hostel is a great base for seeing the Argyll coast and some of the western islands, and the town is gorgeous - definitely apply!

I really spend a good time here, Camila, the manager was super flexible, she helped to me with anything I needed. The team was very kind and helpful. Is a perfect place for to visit the islands, beautiful for walkings on the beach.
